The posting

NOVIPRO cherche un spécialiste réseaux et sécurité pour rejoindre son équipe interne du NOC, dans notre division services gérés (MSP).

Vous interviendrez dans un environnement multi-client stimulant, avec des technologies variées en réseau et cybersécurité. Ce rôle vous permettra de toucher à des environnements complexes, de contribuer à la résolution d’incidents de niveau 2, et de participer activement à l’amélioration continue de nos opérations.

Responsabilités :

  • Effectuer l'intégration, l'installation et la configuration de réseaux locaux sécurisés, d'équipements et d'applications informatiques
  • Offrir un service de soutien technique en entreprise et une assistance à distance pour la clientèle existant
  • Analyser et résoudre des problèmes de communication et de sécurité réseau sur différentes technologies
  • Contacter les fournisseurs pour résoudre des problèmes complexes
  • Automatiser et documenter certaines tâches réseau
  • Assurer la maintenance et l'administration des systèmes et applications
  • Diagnostiquer et traiter les incidents d'exploitation relatifs aux réseaux
  • Rédiger des procédures de déploiement et divers documents techniques
  • Enregistrer les incidents et demandes de service dans le système de billetterie
  • Informer les personnes concernées de l’état d’avancement de leur demande en leur communiquant efficacement le diagnostic et la solution,
  • Mettre à jour les informations reliées aux interventions effectuées ;
  • Être disponible pour participer à une rotation on-call 24/7, une semaine par mois.

Expertise recherché :

  • Excellente maîtrise de l'environnement Fortinet: Fortinet Firewall, Switch, AP, Fortimanager, FortiAnalyser
  • Excellente maîtrise du protocole TCP/IP
  • Bonne compréhension des VPN SSL et IPSec
  • Solide expérience en gestion de politiques de pare-feu
  • Bonne connaissance des réseaux LAN/WAN et des équipements réseau (commutateurs, routeurs, pare-feu)
  • Expérience avec les technologies WiFi
  • Bonne maîtrise des infrastructures serveurs, stockage SAN et NAS
  • Pratique des environnements avec équipements Cisco, Fortinet et Brocade
  • Connaissance des environnements Windows Active Directory et Microsoft Azure
  • Habileté à documenter des procédures et à mettre à jour des schémas d’architecture
  • Atouts: Certification Fortinet et Azure
