Estamos em busca de um (a) Auxiliar de Cozinha para dar suporte à equipe de cozinha em todas as etapas do preparo, montagem e organização dos pratos, garantindo agilidade, higiene e qualidade no processo de produção. O profissional deverá colaborar para que os alimentos sejam preparados dentro dos padrões estabelecidos pelo restaurante, assegurando eficiência no fluxo da cozinha e alinhamento com a excelência da marca.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar no pré-preparo, higienização, organização e armazenamento dos alimentos;
  • Executar atividades de apoio, como descascar, cortar, porcionar e preparar ingredientes;
  • Manter a limpeza e organização de utensílios, bancadas, equipamentos e áreas de trabalho;
  • Apoiar na montagem e finalização de pratos;
  • Seguir rigorosamente os padrões de higiene, boas práticas e normas de segurança;
  • Recolher, lavar e guardar utensílios e louças utilizados durante a produção;
  • Apoiar na montagem de pratos, saladas e guarnições, conforme orientação;
  • Seguir rigorosamente os padrões de higiene, boas práticas e normas de segurança;
  • Apoiar a equipe em momentos de maior demanda, contribuindo para o bom fluxo da operação.

Horário de trabalho:

Segunda: 11:20 às 18:00 | Terça: 11:20 às 18:40 | Quarta a Sábado: 11:20 às 20:20

Folgas: 1 folga na semana e 1 domingo de folga por mês.

Local de trabalho: Itaim Bibi – São Paulo/SP.

  • Escolaridade: Ensino Fundamental Completo (Ensino Médio é um diferencial).
  • Experiência comprovada em restaurantes, bares ou cozinha industrial (mínimo de 6 meses).
  • Conhecimento básico de cortes, normas de segurança alimentar (boas práticas) e agilidade no manuseio de utensílios.
  • Profissional comprometido, com facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, senso de urgência e foco na limpeza.
