Estamos em busca de um (a) Cozinheiro(a) para executar o preparo e a finalização dos alimentos com base no cardápio e fichas técnicas, garantindo o sabor, a apresentação e o tempo de entrega estabelecidos. Deve atuar com foco na organização da sua praça e na qualidade técnica, assegurando que cada prato atenda rigorosamente aos padrões de excelência da casa.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Operar fogões, fornos e demais equipamentos para grelhar, assar, fritar ou cozinhar os alimentos conforme as receitas;
  • Seguir rigorosamente as fichas técnicas para garantir consistência de sabor e porcionamento;
  • Organizar os ingredientes e pontos de trabalho antes e durante o serviço;
  • Supervisionar as tarefas dos auxiliares de cozinha que dão suporte à sua praça;
  • Controlar o ponto de cocção de carnes, peixes e acompanhamentos;
  • Realizar a finalização de molhos;
  • Montar e finalizar os pratos com agilidade, zelando pela estética e temperatura adequada;
  • Monitorar o frescor e a qualidade dos ingredientes utilizados;
  • Manter a bancada e os utensílios limpos e organizados durante todo o turno.

Horário de trabalho:

• Segunda-feira: das 11h20 às 18h00 • Terça-feira: das 11h20 às 18h40 • Quarta-feira a sábado: das 11h20 às 20h20

Folgas: 1 folga semanal + 1 domingo de folga por mês.

Local de trabalho: Itaim Bibi – São Paulo/SP.

  • Mínimo de 1 a 2 anos de experiência comprovada na função, preferencialmente em restaurantes, bares, hotéis ou estabelecimentos do segmento de alimentação.
  • Domínio de técnicas de cortes, métodos de cocção, manipulação e preparo de proteínas, além de habilidade para organização e gestão do tempo em ambientes de alta demanda.
  • Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil de liderança operacional, organização, agilidade, atenção aos detalhes e forte compromisso com os padrões de higiene, qualidade e segurança alimentar.
  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Diferencial: Cursos na área de Gastronomia e/ou certificação em Boas Práticas de Manipulação de Alimentos, conforme diretrizes da ANVISA.
