Estamos em busca de um (a) Hostess de Relacionamento para atuar de forma ativa na captação e conversão de clientes na região, utilizando comunicação persuasiva e perfil comercial refinado. Promover o relacionamento ativo com o público corporativo, moradores e transeuntes locais, transmitindo com entusiasmo o conceito da casa para atrair, reter e fidelizar novos frequentadores.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar abordagem ativa e cordial ao público local para apresentar o restaurante;
  • Dominar o conceito, a atmosfera e os diferenciais da casa;
  • Prestar consultoria sobre o cardápio, explicando pratos, drinks e promoções;
  • Utilizar técnicas de vendas e comunicação persuasiva;
  • Zelar pela imagem institucional e pelo posicionamento representado pela casa;
  • Construir conexões de impacto no primeiro contato com os clientes;
  • Trabalhar com foco nas metas de captação e conversão diária;
  • Manter alinhamento com a recepção interna para o correto direcionamento dos clientes captados;
  • Garantir a conversão ativa do fluxo de pessoas da região em clientes reais.

Horário de trabalho:

Segunda: 10:00 às 18:00 | Terça: 10:00 às 18:30 | Quarta a Sexta: 11:00 às 19:30 | Sábado: 12:00 às 20:00

Folgas: 1 folga na semana e 1 domingo de folga por mês.

Local de trabalho: Itaim Bibi – São Paulo/SP.

  • Perfil comercial: Comunicação persuasiva, cordialidade e habilidade na abordagem de clientes.
  • Postura: Boa apresentação, profissionalismo e facilidade para lidar com público de alto padrão.
  • Aprendizado: Facilidade para conhecer e apresentar o cardápio e os diferenciais da casa.
  • Foco em resultados: Proatividade, perfil vendedor e disposição para trabalhar com metas.
  • Experiência: Desejável vivência com atendimento premium, recepção, eventos ou vendas.
  • Localização: Fácil acesso ao Itaim Bibi – São Paulo/SP.
