The posting

Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar como Zelador, buscamos um profissional responsável, paciente, comunicativo, proativo e organizado, para atuar na conservação, manutenção e bom funcionamento dos espaços, garantindo um ambiente seguro, limpo e adequado.

Principais atividades:

  • Zelar pela conservação, organização e bom funcionamento das instalações;
  • Realizar pequenos reparos e manutenções preventivas e corretivas, quando necessário;
  • Identificar necessidades de manutenção elétrica, hidráulica, pintura e infraestrutura, acionando profissionais especializados quando necessário;
  • Acompanhar e fiscalizar serviços realizados por prestadores terceirizados;
  • Realizar atividades de conservação das áreas externas, incluindo roçagem, quando necessário;
  • Verificar diariamente as condições das áreas comuns e instalações;
  • Apoiar na organização e limpeza dos espaços;
  • Controlar e organizar materiais, ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados nas atividades;
  • Comunicar à gestão eventuais problemas, danos ou necessidades de manutenção;
  • Apoiar no recebimento e orientação de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços;
  • Cumprir as normas de segurança e contribuir para a conservação do patrimônio.

Horário: das 8h às 17h, de segunda a sexta-feira, e das 8h às 12h aos sábados. Modelo: Presencial Local: Poá - SP e região

  • Ensino Fundamental completo;
  • Experiência anterior como Zelador, Auxiliar de Manutenção, Serviços Gerais ou funções similares;
  • Conhecimentos básicos em pequenos reparos e manutenção predial;
  • Organização, responsabilidade e proatividade;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação aos finais de semana, conforme escala.

VR: R$ 21,80 por dia Cesta básica: 1 cesta + possibilidade de uma segunda cesta por assiduidade, conforme critérios da empresa. VT: fornecido pela empresa.
