CHI CERCHIAMO

Per uno dei nostri store di Milano cerchiamo un/una Assistant Store Manager organizzato/a e orientato/a ai risultati. Una persona con esperienza nella ristorazione veloce, capace di gestire il locale e guidare il team con passione e responsabilità.

COSA FARAI

  • Gestirai in supporto allo/a Store Manager il punto vendita, assicurandoti che tutto funzioni al meglio ogni giorno;
  • Supporterai la pianificazione dei turni di lavoro e coordinerai il team;
  • Ti occuperai di ordini e scorte mantenendo il giusto equilibrio tra qualità e costi;
  • Controllerai il rispetto delle procedure HACCP e delle normative di sicurezza alimentare;
  • Supervisionerai apertura, chiusura e gestione cassa;
  • Ti assicurerai che il servizio e i prodotti rispettino gli standard BURGEZ;
  • Parteciperai al monitoraggio dei risultati economici dello store, proponendo azioni migliorative;
  • Formerai e motiverai il team, creando un ambiente di lavoro positivo e produttivo.

COSA CERCHIAMO IN TE

  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli di responsabilità nella ristorazione veloce o fast casual;
  • Capacità di gestione del personale e leadership positiva;
  • Conoscenza delle procedure HACCP e sicurezza sul Lavoro;
  • Buone competenze organizzative e di problem solving;
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e forte orientamento al cliente;
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità nei weekend e festivi.
