IL RUOLO

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Head of Accounting che, riportando al Group CFO, assuma la

responsabilità della gestione e del coordinamento delle attività contabili del Gruppo, garantendo

accuratezza, puntualità e conformità dei processi amministrativo-contabili.

La persona avrà un ruolo chiave nel presidio delle attività di accounting, closing e reporting,

collaborando quotidianamente con il team Finance e interfacciandosi con le diverse funzioni aziendali,

i consulenti esterni e gli stakeholder del Gruppo.

Cerchiamo una persona con solide competenze contabili, approccio analitico e organizzato, autonomia

nella gestione delle attività e capacità di coordinare le persone e i processi in un contesto

internazionale e in crescita.

COSA FARAI?

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Coordinare e supervisionare le attività del team Accounting, assicurando una corretta

organizzazione del lavoro e il rispetto delle scadenze;

• Garantire il corretto presidio della contabilità generale, clienti e fornitori;

• Supervisionare la gestione del ciclo attivo e passivo, inclusi corrispettivi di vendita, royalties e

fatture fornitori;

• Supervisionare la contabilizzazione e la riconciliazione dei movimenti bancari;

• Coordinare le attività di chiusura contabile mensile, trimestrale e annuale, assicurando

accuratezza e completezza delle registrazioni;

• Presidiare le attività propedeutiche alla predisposizione del bilancio civilistico e supportare il

processo di consolidamento e reporting di Gruppo;

• Collaborare alla predisposizione della reportistica economico-finanziaria periodica,

interfacciandosi con il Group CFO;

• Garantire la corretta gestione della contabilità analitica e il monitoraggio delle principali poste

contabili;

• Garantire il rispetto delle normative e degli adempimenti civilistici e fiscali applicabili;

• Gestire i rapporti con società di revisione, commercialisti, consulenti fiscali e altri interlocutori

esterni;

• Supportare e coordinare le attività di audit, fornendo la documentazione e le informazioni

richieste;

• Contribuire al miglioramento e alla standardizzazione dei processi e delle procedure

amministrativo-contabili;

• Identificare opportunità di efficientamento e automazione dei processi, contribuendo

all'evoluzione dei sistemi e degli strumenti Finance;

• Collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali per garantire una corretta e tempestiva gestione dei

flussi amministrativi;

• Supportare il Group CFO nelle attività di analisi e controllo, fornendo dati e informazioni

contabili affidabili e tempestive.

SEI IL/LA CANDIDATO/A IDEALE SE:

• Hai conseguito una Laurea in Economia, Amministrazione Aziendale o discipline affini;

• Hai maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito Accounting, preferibilmente in realtà

strutturate e/o internazionali;

• Hai una solida conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani e dei principali processi amministrativo�contabili;

• Hai esperienza nella gestione delle chiusure mensili e annuali e nella predisposizione del

bilancio;

• Hai già avuto esperienza nel coordinamento e nella supervisione di un team;

• Possiedi una buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e dei sistemii accounting;

• Hai una buona conoscenza di Excel e dei principali strumenti di analisi e reporting;

• Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata;

• Hai ottime capacità organizzative e di time & project management;

• Sei una persona precisa, autonoma, affidabile e fortemente orientata al risultato;

• Possiedi spiccate capacità analitiche e attenzione al dettaglio;

• Hai ottime capacità relazionali e sei in grado di interfacciarti efficacemente con interlocutori

interni ed esterni, a diversi livelli di seniority;

• Hai un approccio proattivo e problem-solving, con la capacità di lavorare in un ambiente

dinamico e in continua evoluzione;

• Ti piace lavorare in squadra e contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi condivisi;

• Il mondo del Food & Beverage e della Ristorazione ti incuriosisce.

PLUS

Costituiscono un plus:

• Esperienza pregressa maturata presso società di revisione;

• Esperienza in aziende operanti in contesti retail, hospitality, food & beverage o multi-entity;

• Esperienza in contesti caratterizzati da crescita internazionale e/o presenza di società estere;

• Conoscenza di processi di consolidamento e reporting di Gruppo;

• Conoscenza di strumenti di Business Intelligence e/o sistemi ERP evoluti.
