Obicà Mozzarella Bar è il nostro progetto di ristorazione italiana che mette al centro della proposta gastronomica la Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Il primo Obicà nasce a Roma nel maggio del 2004 e da quell’anno abbiamo iniziato ad espanderci non solo nelle principali città italiane, ma anche oltre i confini nazionali: da New York a Tokyo, passando da capitali europee come Londra.

CHI STIAMO CERCANDO?

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Responsabile Banco Bar energico/a e appassionato/a, con comprovata esperienza nel settore della ristorazione e nel servizio bar, che si occuperà operativamente della gestione del banco, del coordinamento del team di baristi e del rispetto degli standard qualitativi e operativi del brand.

COSA FARAI?

  • Gestione operativa del banco bar, garantendo efficienza e qualità nel servizio al cliente durante tutti i turni.
  • Coordinamento e supervisione del team di baristi: organizzazione turni, supporto durante il servizio, formazione e motivazione dello staff.
  • Controllo dell’applicazione degli standard di servizio ed esecutivi definiti dal brand, assicurando la coerenza con l'immagine e la filosofia di Obicà.
  • Verifica della mise en place del banco, del rifornimento delle materie prime e della corretta conservazione dei prodotti.
  • Gestione ordini e stock del bar, in collaborazione con il Responsabile di Sala e il Magazzino.
  • Assicurare l’ordine e la pulizia del banco, nel rispetto delle normative HACCP e delle policy aziendali.
  • Gestione delle relazioni con la clientela, offrendo un servizio cortese, professionale e orientato all’esperienza dell’ospite.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Bar Supervisor o Responsabile Banco Bar (almeno 2 anni), preferibilmente in contesti ristorativi di medio/alto livello.
  • Ottime capacità di lavoro operativo al banco: preparazione caffetteria, cocktail base, gestione comande e servizio rapido.
  • Leadership naturale e capacità di gestione del team.
  • Conoscenza delle normative igienico-sanitarie (HACCP).
  • Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico, ottime doti comunicative e orientamento al cliente.
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi.
  • Gradita la conoscenza della lingua inglese.
