Azienda Tenuta La Fratta è una storica azienda agricola situata a Sinalunga, nel cuore della Valdichiana senese, attiva nell’allevamento della razza Chianina e nella conduzione di oltre 400 ettari destinati a produzioni agricole e zootecniche biologiche.

Sede di lavoro: Località La Fratta – Sinalunga (SIENA)

Posizione ricercata: Trattorista / Operatore Macchine Agricole

Mansioni principali:

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del comparto agricolo aziendale e si occuperà di:

Conduzione di trattori e macchine agricole.

Lavorazioni del terreno e supporto alle attività agricole in campo.

Utilizzo di attrezzature agricole.

Attività di raccolta e movimentazione prodotti agricoli.

Manutenzione ordinaria dei mezzi e delle attrezzature aziendali.

Collaborazione con il responsabile aziendale per la programmazione delle attività stagionali.

Requisiti:

Esperienza pregressa nella conduzione di trattori e macchine agricole.

Patente di guida idonea alla conduzione dei mezzi agricoli.

Capacità di utilizzo delle principali attrezzature agricole.

Affidabilità, precisione e autonomia operativa.

Disponibilità a svolgere attività stagionali legate alle esigenze produttive aziendali.

Gradita esperienza in aziende agricole strutturate e/o zootecniche.

Orario di lavoro: 39 ore settimanali

2 giorni di riposo settimanale

Orario distribuito secondo le esigenze organizzative e stagionali dell’azienda.

Inquadramento contrattuale: Assunzione secondo il CCNL Operai Agricoli e Florovivaisti. RAL: range 25k – 27k, 14 mensilità.

Possibilità di inserimento stabile in azienda.
