En OCA Global, estamos buscando un/a Administrativo/a para nuestra delegación de Gijón. Una persona proactiva, organizada y con ganas de asumir un rol versátil dentro de un equipo comprometido y en crecimiento.

Tus principales misiones

1. Gestión administrativa integral Coordinarás tareas diarias relacionadas con la facturación, pedidos y control documental, garantizando que todos los procesos se ejecuten de forma eficiente y puntual.

2. Control de horas, vacaciones y ausencias del personal Llevarás un seguimiento riguroso de los registros de jornada y vacaciones, asegurando la correcta gestión y comunicación con el equipo.

3. Soporte en plataformas y herramientas de gestión Darás apoyo en el uso de sistemas de gestión y plataformas como CTAIMA u otras herramientas internas para el control documental, PRL o gestión de proveedores.

4. Valoración de trabajos y seguimiento económico Colaborarás en la elaboración de valoraciones y presupuestos, así como en la gestión de pedidos y control de gastos del departamento.

5. Comunicación y soporte interno Serás un punto de apoyo clave para el equipo técnico y de operaciones, facilitando la coordinación entre áreas y contribuyendo al buen funcionamiento del día a día.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación en Administración o Gestión Empresarial, Grado Medio/Superior o similar.
  • Experiencia previa en tareas de facturación, pedidos o gestión documental, idealmente en entornos técnicos o industriales.
  • Dominio de Excel y herramientas ofimáticas, así como familiaridad con plataformas de gestión (CTAIMA, SAP, ERP o similares).
  • Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle, imprescindible para mantener un flujo de trabajo ordenado y preciso.
  • Proactividad y trabajo en equipo, cualidades esenciales para integrarte en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.
