En OCA Global, grupo internacional líder en inspección, ensayos, certificación y consultoría, buscamos un/a Teleoperador/a de Call Center para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Sant Cugat del Vallès. Si tienes habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente y te interesa desarrollarte en un entorno profesional y dinámico, ¡esta oportunidad es para ti!

🎯 Tu misión:

  • Atención telefónica: Gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes de clientes y personas usuarias, ofreciendo una atención profesional, clara y cercana.
  • Gestión de consultas: Resolver dudas, proporcionar información sobre los servicios y derivar las solicitudes al departamento correspondiente cuando sea necesario.
  • Seguimiento de solicitudes: Registrar correctamente la información en las herramientas y sistemas internos, realizando el seguimiento de cada gestión.
  • Calidad del servicio: Cumplir los protocolos de atención, los objetivos establecidos y los estándares de calidad de la compañía.

🛠️ Requisitos esenciales:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Orientación al cliente, capacidad de escucha y actitud resolutiva.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión de llamadas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a diferentes procedimientos.
  • Residencia próxima a Sant Cugat del Vallès o disponibilidad para desplazarse al centro de trabajo.
  • Imprescindible disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos dentro del horario de 8:00 a 20:00 h.

➕ Se valorará:

  • Experiencia en atención telefónica comercial, concertación de visitas o gestión de incidencias.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas CRM y plataformas de contact center.
  • Conocimientos de catalán.
  • Experiencia en sectores de servicios, inspección, certificación o consultoría.
