¿Quieres dar tus primeros pasos en el área administrativa dentro de un entorno dinámico y con gran proyección?

En OCA Global buscamos incorporar a un/a Becario/a Administrativo/a en nuestra oficina de A Coruña para que formes parte de un equipo que asegura que nada quede al azar, contribuyendo a la seguridad y confianza de las personas en su día a día.

Tus misiones en este puesto serán:

  • Apoyarás en la gestión administrativa diaria: colaborarás en la tramitación de expedientes, organización de documentación y control de procesos internos.
  • Contribuirás a la coordinación del departamento: ayudarás en la planificación de tareas y en la actualización de registros administrativos.
  • Darás soporte en la atención al cliente: aprenderás a comunicarte con clientes y proveedores, gestionando consultas con cercanía y profesionalidad.
  • Aprenderás de un entorno real de oficina: tendrás la oportunidad de conocer procedimientos de facturación, archivo y gestión documental.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación en Administración o similar (FP o estudios relacionados): necesaria para asentar la base de las tareas que realizarás.
  • Interés por desarrollarte en el área administrativa: buscamos a alguien con ganas de aprender y crecer profesionalmente.
  • Organización y atención al detalle: fundamental para gestionar documentación y tareas administrativas sin perder precisión.
  • Proactividad y actitud colaborativa: tu capacidad para aportar y trabajar en equipo será clave en tu desarrollo.
