¿Buscas desarrollar tu carrera en el ámbito del Control Técnico de la Edificación, participando en proyectos constructivos de primer nivel y aprendiendo junto a profesionales con amplia experiencia?

En OCA Global queremos incorporar un/a Arquitecto/a Técnico/a para reforzar nuestro equipo de Organismo de Control Técnico (OCT) en Baleares.

🚀 Tu propósito en OCA Global

Tu misión será participar en el análisis y seguimiento técnico de proyectos de edificación, contribuyendo a la identificación y control de riesgos constructivos durante las diferentes fases de obra.

Trabajarás junto a promotoras, constructoras, direcciones facultativas y equipos técnicos para verificar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos y el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos y normativos aplicables.

Formarás parte de un equipo especializado en Control Técnico de la Edificación, donde desarrollarás progresivamente tu criterio técnico mediante el acompañamiento de profesionales con amplia experiencia en el sector.

🎯 Tus principales responsabilidades

• Participar en la revisión técnica de proyectos de edificación y documentación asociada.

• Colaborar en el seguimiento y control técnico de obras, verificando la correcta ejecución de las diferentes unidades constructivas.

• Realizar visitas de inspección en obra para identificar posibles incidencias o riesgos constructivos.

• Apoyar en la elaboración de informes técnicos y documentación OCT.

• Verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa técnica aplicable, especialmente del Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE).

• Colaborar con direcciones facultativas, constructoras y promotoras en la resolución de incidencias técnicas detectadas durante la ejecución.

• Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos internos de control técnico y calidad.

🧩 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

• Grado en Ingeniería de Edificación, Arquitectura Técnica o similar.

• Experiencia en obra, dirección de ejecución, asistencia técnica o control de calidad en construcción.

• Conocimientos del Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE).

• Interés por desarrollar una carrera en el ámbito del Organismo de Control Técnico (OCT).

• Capacidad de análisis técnico y atención al detalle.

• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

• Actitud proactiva, orientación al aprendizaje y compromiso con la calidad.

• Se valorará experiencia previa en OCT, Project Monitoring, Dirección de Ejecución o consultoría técnica de edificación.
