Dependiendo directamente del Director de Operaciones, buscamos a un/a Responsable de Control Operativo (PMO) que quiera ir más allá de los informes tradicionales. Una persona orientada a la acción que disfrute convirtiendo los datos en estrategias reales y que quiera liderar, desde la empatía y la influencia, el cambio tecnológico en todas nuestras delegaciones de España.

Tus misiones con impacto:

  • Liderar la implantación del nuevo ERP y herramientas digitales a nivel nacional para asegurar que nuestra red operativa evolucione tecnológicamente, convirtiéndote en el principal referente de nuestra transformación interna.
  • Optimizar la capacidad técnica y las rutas de los auditores, cruzando datos de demanda e integrando herramientas digitales, para maximizar la rentabilidad de las jornadas, logrando que tu visión analítica se traduzca en una mayor eficiencia y éxito inmediato.
  • Diseñar y evolucionar nuestro cuadro de mando de Operaciones para garantizar la calidad del dato y facilitar decisiones estratégicas, dándote un nivel de autonomía e impacto directo en la Dirección General.
  • Coordinar equipos de trabajo transversales y gestionar la red de colaboradores externos para asegurar los altos estándares de imparcialidad de ENAC, desarrollando un liderazgo y gestión de proyectos multi-actor que marcará un hito en tu carrera profesional.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil? No buscamos a alguien que simplemente cumpla requisitos sobre un papel, sino a la persona que cuente con las herramientas necesarias para triunfar y sentirse cómoda en este reto:

  • Background Analítico y Tecnológico: Alrededor de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en control de gestión, PMO o planificación operativa, acompañado de una titulación universitaria (Ingeniería, ADE, Economía o afín). Necesitarás esta base porque gestionarás el reporting operativo de diversas líneas de negocio.
  • Change Management y Liderazgo de Influencia (Project Management): Será vital tu empatía y capacidad de negociación para interactuar con múltiples actores. Liderarás el cambio en equipos distribuidos por toda España que no te reportan directamente jerárquicamente, por lo que ganarte su confianza es esencial.
  • Mentalidad "Hands-on" con los datos: Dominio de Excel avanzado y BI (como PowerBI). Utilizarás estas herramientas a diario no solo para analizar, sino para diagnosticar, proponer soluciones de negocio rápidas y actuar.
  • Idiomas: Catalán y castellano fluidos. Inglés deseable. Te comunicarás constantemente con diferentes delegaciones y niveles organizativos.
  • (Se valorará experiencia previa en entidades de certificación o conocimiento de las normativas de ENAC e ISO 17021-1, ya que te aportará mucha agilidad en tus primeros meses).
