Descripción del Puesto

Importante empresa contratista de ingeniería y energía se encuentra en la búsqueda de (03) Supervisores(as) HSE / SSOMA para brindar soporte y fiscalización en seguridad, salud en el trabajo y gestión ambiental durante maniobras e intervenciones en subestaciones eléctricas ubicadas en el Norte Chico (Huacho / Chancay).

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación académica: Profesional Universitario, Titulado(a) y Colegiado(a) habilitado(a) en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería de Seguridad, Ingeniería Ambiental o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia requerida: Mínimo tres (03) años de experiencia en funciones de supervisión HSE/SSOMA en subestaciones eléctricas o proyectos del sector energía y minería. (La experiencia se contabiliza a partir de la fecha de Colegiatura). Experiencia comprobada en gestión y cumplimiento de permisos ambientales: uso de agua, canteras, eliminación de residuos sólidos, material excedente, efluentes domésticos y compromisos de Instrumentos de Gestión Ambiental (IGA aprobados). Experiencia práctica en elaboración, gestión e implementación de IGA y Sistemas Integrados de Gestión. Liderazgo operativo, manejo de personal y contratistas en campo, trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones para detención de trabajos ante riesgos inminentes.
  • Especialización y Certificaciones: Especialización o cursos en Gestión Ambiental, SEIA (Sistema Nacional de Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental) o Sistema Nacional de Fiscalización Ambiental (con duración acumulada mínima de 240 horas). Especialización e implementación en Sistemas Integrados de Gestión - SIG (duración mínima de 240 horas). Certificaciones vigentes en supervisión de Trabajos de Alto Riesgo: Riesgo Eléctrico, Espacios Confinados, Excavaciones, Trabajos en Altura, Trabajos en Caliente e Izaje de Carga.
  • Herramientas de trabajo: Contar con laptop propia para emisión de reportes diarios.
  • Licencia de conducir: No indica / No indispensable.

Funciones Principales

  1. Supervisar el desarrollo seguro de las actividades en subestación, verificar medidas de control operacional y contar con facultades para paralizar labores ante condiciones o actos subestándar de alto riesgo.
  2. Revisar, validar y aprobar los permisos de trabajo de alto riesgo (PETAR) y análisis de trabajo seguro (ATS) antes de cada maniobra.
  3. Impartir charlas de inicio de jornada, inducciones y capacitaciones en seguridad, trabajos críticos y manejo integral de residuos.
  4. Auditar la documentación técnica y operativa de equipos, maquinarias, herramientas dieléctricas y el uso correcto de EPPs certificados del personal contratista.
  5. Dar soporte técnico en la investigación de incidentes/accidentes, atención a auditorías o fiscalizaciones y despliegue del plan de contingencias y respuesta a emergencias.
  6. Elaborar, supervisar y evaluar el cumplimiento del Programa Anual de SSOMA, reportes diarios/mensuales de incidentes y brindar asesoría técnica en prevención de riesgos a las jefaturas de obra y nivel central.

Condiciones Laborales

  • Tipo de contratación: Contrato por servicio específico.
  • Plazo del servicio: Parada / Servicio de corta duración (10 días calendario: del 26/10 al 04/11 aprox.).
  • Jornada: Jornada completa presencial.
  • Lugar de trabajo: En Subestación Eléctrica Huacho y Subestación Eléctrica Chancay.
  • Residencia: De preferencia profesionales con residencia en Lima o Zona Norte Chico (Huacho, Huaral, Chancay, Barranca).
  • Viáticos y Facilidades: Movilización, hospedaje y alimentación cubiertos al 100% durante el periodo de prestación del servicio. Cobertura de seguro SCTR y Seguro Vida Ley desde el inicio de la operación
