Descripción del Puesto

Se convoca a un(a) Supervisor(a) de Ruta / Supervisor(a) de Vías y Puntos de Control para garantizar el cumplimiento estricto de las normas de tránsito, fiscalización vial, control de accesos e inspección de calzadas en unidad minera de gran altitud.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación académica: Titulado(a) o Bachiller en Ingeniería de Minas, Ingeniería Geológica, Ingeniería Civil o afines.
  • Experiencia requerida: Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia general en minería (tajo abierto o subterráneo) o proyectos de infraestructura vial. Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia específica en supervisión de seguridad vial, fiscalización de tránsito, mantenimiento o control de rutas mineras y escoltas.
  • Licencia de conducir: Brevete vigente categoría A-IIb o superior, con récord de conductor impecable (sin faltas graves).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en Minería (D.S. 024-2016-EM) y normas del MTC. Gestión de riesgos críticos: Trabajos en Altura, Espacios Confinados, Izajes y Movimiento de Tierras. Protocolos de fatiga y somnolencia, planes de contingencia vial y manejo en alta montaña. Manejo y supervisión de herramientas de gestión preventiva: IPERC continuo, PETAR y ATS.

Funciones Principales

  1. Supervisar el tránsito seguro de unidades livianas, volquetes, maquinaria pesada y buses de transporte de personal en las rutas internas y externas de la operación.
  2. Inspeccionar permanentemente el estado de las vías: bermas de seguridad, señalización vial, cunetas, taludes y control de polvo en accesos.
  3. Ejecutar controles de velocidad con cinemómetro, operativos de alcotest y verificación de check-list vehicular diario.
  4. Auditar las bitácoras de descanso y fiscalizar la aplicación estricta de las medidas contra la fatiga y somnolencia en conductores.
  5. Liderar la atención preliminar ante contingencias climáticas (granizo, nevada, congelamiento) y gestionar el despeje seguro de vías.
  6. Reportar desviaciones operativas, emitir informes diarios de ruta e intervenir en el análisis preliminar de incidentes viales.

Condiciones Laborales

  • Régimen de trabajo: Sistema minero 14x7.
  • Jornada: Turnos rotativos de 12 horas diarias.
  • Modalidad y Ubicación: Destacado en campamento minero sobre los 4,500 m.s.n.m. (Sierra Sur).
  • Beneficios: Planilla directa con todos los beneficios de ley (gratificaciones, CTS, vacaciones pagadas). Alimentación y habitación cubiertas al 100% en la unidad minera. Movilidad de ida y vuelta cubierta desde los puntos de recojo autorizados (Puno, Juliaca, Cusco o Arequipa). Seguro Complementario de Trabajo de Riesgo (SCTR) y Seguro Vida Ley desde el ingreso.
