Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Especialista en Automatización de Procesos y Analítica de Datos para liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones digitales orientadas a la optimización de reportes e indicadores ambientales en el sector logístico portuario.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación académica: Egresado(a), Bachiller o Titulado(a) universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia laboral requerida: Experiencia General: Mínimo dos (02) años en automatización de procesos, desarrollo de soluciones digitales, gestión de datos o inteligencia de negocios (BI). Experiencia Específica: Mínimo un (01) año en implementación de soluciones mediante herramientas de Microsoft Power Platform. (La experiencia se contabiliza desde la finalización de estudios con constancia de egreso o bachiller).
  • Conocimientos técnicos obligatorios: Power BI, DAX y Power Query (Nivel Avanzado). Power Automate (Nivel Avanzado). Power Apps (Nivel Intermedio a Avanzado). Microsoft SharePoint, Excel avanzado y entorno Microsoft 365.
  • Conocimientos deseables: Manejo de consultas SQL, lenguaje Python y conexiones mediante API REST. Nociones sobre sistemas de gestión ambiental y norma ISO 14001.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio.
  • Seguridad de la información: Riguroso compromiso con políticas de confidencialidad y control de accesos corporativos.

Funciones Principales

  1. Diseñar, desarrollar, implementar y mantener soluciones tecnológicas para la automatización de procesos del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA).
  2. Desarrollar tableros de control y dashboards interactivos en Power BI para el monitoreo de KPIs e indicadores ambientales.
  3. Digitalizar registros y optimizar la generación de reportes ambientales dirigidos a entidades gubernamentales y reportes corporativos.
  4. Integrar información entre distintas plataformas, diseñando y estructurando bases de datos eficientes.
  5. Elaborar documentación técnica, ejecutar pruebas funcionales y dar soporte/mantenimiento a las soluciones digitales implementadas.

Condiciones Laborales

  • Tipo de contrato: Ingreso a planilla directa por un periodo de 6 meses.
  • Jornada de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
  • Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida / Mixta (remoto y presencial, con un mínimo indispensable de 3 días a la semana de forma presencial en sede operativa del Callao).
  • Lugar presencial: Av. Manco Cápac 113, Callao (Terminal portuario).
  • Alcance del perfil: Perfil local de Lima/Callao. En caso de postular desde provincia, tener presente que no se cubren viáticos, hospedaje ni traslados.
