Importante empresa contratista líder en servicios de ingeniería y gerenciamiento de proyectos para la gran minería e industria pesada se encuentra en la búsqueda de (02) Ingenieros(as) de Control de Proyectos (Project Controls Senior) para sumarse a su equipo técnico en operaciones en la región Ica.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación académica: Profesional Universitario, Titulado(a) y Colegiado(a) habilitado(a) en Ingeniería Mecánica Electricista, Ingeniería Ambiental o ramas afines de ingeniería.
  • Experiencia laboral requerida: Experiencia General: Nivel Senior con más de 6 años (deseable entre 10 a 12 años) de trayectoria profesional en proyectos de construcción, minería o industria pesada. Experiencia Específica: Mínimo 8 años en planeamiento, programación y control de proyectos, control de costos, valorizaciones, liquidaciones de obra y gestión contractual. (Contabilizada desde la obtención del grado de Bachiller o Colegiatura según normativa interna).
  • Especialización y Certificaciones: Diplomado o Especialización en Gerencia, Diseño y Evaluación de Proyectos bajo el enfoque del PMI / Project Management.
  • Software y Herramientas Técnicas: Dominio avanzado de software de planificación: Primavera P6, MS Project, Asta Powerproject y SAP PM. Manejo de plataformas de control de proyectos: Ecosys / SAP, Power BI y AutoCAD. Dominio en control de indicadores de gestión: Curva S, Valor Ganado (Earned Value - EV), SPI, CPI, PPC y KPIs de obra.
  • Licencia de conducir: Brevete vigente categoría A-I (o deseable A-IIa).

Funciones Principales

  1. Gestión de Costos y Capex: Desarrollar y gestionar la sustentación presupuestal, revisión y validación de AFEs, gestión de formatos RI (Requerimiento de Inversión), CMO mensual y administración del Capex Operativo.
  2. Control de Proyectos de Sostenimiento: Elaborar y dar seguimiento a los cronogramas en OPC / Primavera P6 / MS Project; generar estimaciones económicas, solicitudes de pedido (SOLPED) y gestión de AFEs.
  3. Seguimiento y Medición Contractual: Revisar y validar valorizaciones de avance de contratistas, administrar el control de cambios (Trends – SDC / CHO) y monitorear índices de desempeño (SPI, CPI, Earned Value) en Ecosys y SAP.
  4. Reportabilidad de Gestión: Elaborar informes semanales y mensuales de avance (Curva S, Programado vs. Ejecutado, PPC) e informes ejecutivos de desempeño para la alta gerencia.

Condiciones Laborales

  • Tipo de Contratación: Contrato intermitente / por servicio específico.
  • Duración estimada: 2.5 meses (sujeto a requerimientos de proyecto).
  • Régimen de trabajo: Sistema 14x7 (campamento) o 6x1 presencial según requerimiento operativo.
  • Lugar de trabajo: Presencial en Planta / Unidad Operativa en Pisco / Ica (se dará preferencia a residentes de Pisco, Ica o zonas aledañas, o con total facilidad de destaque).
  • Viáticos y Beneficios: Movilización, hospedaje y alimentación cubiertos al 100% por la empresa. Ingreso a planilla con todos los beneficios de ley correspondientes al tipo de contratación. Seguro complementario SCTR y Seguro Vida Ley desde el primer día.
