Para nuestra delegación en Villaverde, buscamos a un/a Administrativo/a que se convierta en el motor operativo del equipo, alguien a quien le apasione el orden y que huya de la monotonía. Tus misiones con propósito:

  • Controlar el ciclo completo de facturas y albaranes para asegurar la fluidez económica de nuestras operaciones, mientras ganas total autonomía en la gestión de tus procesos diarios.
  • Coordinar la documentación CAE (Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales) para garantizar que todo nuestro equipo técnico opera en un entorno 100% seguro, convirtiéndote en una pieza clave de nuestra prevención.
  • Elaborar informes operativos y de seguimiento para facilitar la toma de decisiones ágiles, desarrollando tu visión analítica y global del negocio.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Una base sólida con formación en FP de Administración (o similar), porque serás el pilar organizativo en el que se apoyará toda la delegación.
  • Soltura real en la gestión de facturación y albaranes, indispensable para que mantengamos un control absoluto de los números y ofrezcamos un servicio impecable.
  • Experiencia manejando plataformas CAE, ya que tu labor será crucial para asegurar que nadie del equipo acceda a una instalación sin la documentación de seguridad en regla.

Además, los días 24 y 31 de diciembre son libres para toda la plantilla.
