En OCA Global buscamos un/a Comercial Junior en Barcelona para captar alumnos y gestionar relaciones con empresas en nuestra división de formación.

🌟 Tu misión en Nascor Formación

Tu objetivo será atraer y orientar a alumnos potenciales para nuestros cursos de formación subvencionada, generando nuevas oportunidades y estableciendo relaciones de confianza con empresas y organizaciones.

⚡ ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Prospección y búsqueda de empresas, organismos públicos y entidades privadas que puedan derivar alumnos a nuestras formaciones.
  • Identificación de nuevas oportunidades para la captación de alumnos en función de las necesidades del mercado.
  • Gestión de leads comerciales.
  • Mantenimiento y actualización de nuestra base de datos, fortaleciendo relaciones con empresas colaboradoras.

💡 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en posiciones comerciales, aunque no es un requisito imprescindible ¡valoramos las ganas de aprender!
  • Habilidades comerciales y de comunicación, con capacidad para transmitir información de forma clara y efectiva.
  • Proactividad y actitud resolutiva, con ganas de generar nuevas oportunidades y establecer relaciones de confianza.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en Barcelona (Nou Barris).
  • Nivel avanzado de castellano.

  • Contrato de sustitución.Buscamos incorporar un perfil para cubrir una sustitución con una posibilidad real de continuidad e incorporación indefinida en la plantilla, en función de la evolución de la operativa y el desempeño dentro del equipo.
  • Horario: jornada de lunes a jueves de 8.30h a 18h y viernes horario intensivo hasta las 15.30h. Además, en julio y agosto y vísperas de festivos, disfrutarás de jornada intensiva.
