Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Obra para consolidar nuestra presencia y liderar la supervisión de proyectos en Córdoba y sus alrededores. Si cuentas con titulación técnica, entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia práctica en control de ejecución o dirección de obra, y buscas un proyecto estable que combine autonomía, variedad técnica y respaldo continuo, ¡queremos conocerte!

🎯 Tus Misiones con Propósito e Impacto

  • Liderarás el Control de Obra y Control de Calidad en proyectos industriales y residenciales asignados en la provincia de Córdoba, asegurando que cada ejecución cumpla con los máximos estándares técnicos y normativos.
  • Actuarás como perfil multidisciplinar de referencia, interviniendo en la revisión de proyectos, supervisión de instalaciones, peritajes, ensayos y apoyo en Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud (CSS) u Organismo de Control Técnico (OCT).
  • Gestionarás el seguimiento de ejecución y redacción de informes técnicos, aportando valor real y solvencia técnica ante promotoras, contratas y direcciones facultativas.
  • Organizarás y planificarás tu actividad técnica con autonomía, gestionando tus rutas y visitas a obra bajo la supervisión directa del equipo directivo de la delegación.

🧩 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

Presentamos nuestros requisitos como las herramientas clave que necesitarás para triunfar y sentirte como en casa desde el primer día:

  • Titulación Habilitante: Preferiblemente Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería Técnica Industrial (valorable también Grado en Edificación o titulaciones técnicas afines).
  • Experiencia consolidada de 2 a 4 años: Especialmente en control de ejecución, dirección de obra o control de calidad en instalaciones (tanto industriales como residenciales). Buscamos un perfil con rodaje previo a pie de obra que busque estabilidad y dar un salto cualitativo.
  • Capacidad de autogestión y organización: Clave para planificar tus misiones diarias a pie de campo de forma metódica y estructurada.
  • Residencia en Córdoba y/o Sevilla.
  • Permiso de conducir B: Dispondrás de vehículo de empresa para tus desplazamientos profesionales por la zona.

  • Jornada: Jornada ordinaria: De lunes a jueves de 08:30 a 18:00 h. Jornada intensiva: Todos los viernes, vísperas de festivo, y durante todo el mes de julio y agosto de 08:30 a 15:30 h. Días 24 y 31 de diciembre libres para disfrutar con los tuyos.
