Como Responsable Técnico de Compliance, asumirás un rol estratégico de nueva creación para estructurar y liderar desde cero nuestra área de Compliance y Buen Gobierno. Serás el máximo referente técnico, tanto interno como externo, abriendo nuevos esquemas de certificación y posicionando a OCA Global a la vanguardia del sector.

🎯 Tus Misiones e Impacto

  • Liderar y estructurar el área de Compliance y Buen Gobierno, logrando y manteniendo las acreditaciones clave de ENAC para consolidar nuestra posición de liderazgo.
  • Diseñar e impulsar nuevos esquemas de certificación (ISO 37001, ISO 37301, UNE 19601, UNE 19602, UNE 19603, UNE 19604), expandiendo el portfolio de servicios y el impacto de la compañía en el mercado.
  • Crear, seleccionar y cualificar a tu propio equipo de auditores, garantizando el máximo nivel de competencia técnica, rigor y excelencia operativa.
  • Actuar como Auditor/a Jefe en proyectos y auditorías de alta complejidad, asegurando la unificación de criterios técnicos y dando soporte experto al equipo.
  • Impulsar el desarrollo de negocio e impartir formación, colaborando activamente con la red comercial para aportar credibilidad técnica ante clientes clave y capacitando tanto a equipos internos como externos.

💡 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación Jurídica de Base: Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho (indispensable para abordar con solvencia técnica el marco regulatorio del compliance).
  • Especialización en Compliance: Valoraremos muy positivamente tu formación de postgrado en Derecho Penal Económico, Compliance Officer o Legal Support Services.
  • Trayectoria Consolidada (10-15+ años): Experiencia sólida y demostrable en el sector de la certificación de sistemas de gestión, lo que te aportará el rodaje necesario para liderar este reto con total autonomía.
  • Dominio de Estándares e ISO/UNE: Experiencia contrastada como Auditor/a Jefe en los esquemas clave (ISO 37001, ISO 37301, UNE 19601, 19602, 19603, 19604).
  • Experiencia en Acreditación ENAC: Conocimiento profundo de los requisitos aplicables a organismos de auditoría y certificación para encarar auditorías de acreditación con éxito.
  • Liderazgo, visión estratégica y diplomacia: Capacidad para unificar criterios técnicos, formar equipos de alto rendimiento y transmitir máxima credibilidad ante el mercado.
