En OCA Global, grupo internacional líder en inspección, ensayos, certificación y consultoría, buscamos un/a Técnico/a e Ingeniero/a Ambiental para liderar y ejecutar la asistencia técnica de vigilancia, control e inspección ambiental para la Ciudad Autónoma de Melilla en los ámbitos de Contaminación Acústica e Inspección de Residuos.

Asumirás la interlocución técnica principal ante la Consejería de Medio Ambiente, coordinando las inspecciones de campo, la realización de mediciones acústicas, la auditoría a gestores/productores de residuos y la redacción de actas e informes técnicos oficiales.

🎯Funciones Principales

Contaminación Acústica:

  • Realización y evaluación de mediciones acústicas de inmisión en exteriores e interiores utilizando sonómetros integradores y calibradores oficiales.
  • Inspección de actividades y establecimientos con música, descarga y análisis de limitadores acústicos.
  • Evaluación de impacto acústico en eventos públicos y seguimiento mediante redes de sensores de ruido ambiental.

Control e Inspección de Residuos:

  • Inspección presencial y control documental en plantas de tratamiento, centros productores, transportistas de residuos y sus vehículos.
  • Comprobación del cumplimiento de la Ley 7/2022 (almacenamiento, segregación, etiquetado y trazabilidad documental de traslados).
  • Actuaciones e inspecciones de campo ante denuncias por vertidos o mala gestión de residuos.

Gestión y Coordinación:

  • Elaboración de actas e informes técnicos de inspección con soporte fotográfico, georreferenciación y tablas editables.
  • Coordinación del plan de trabajo e interlocución directa con la Dirección del Contrato de la Administración.

🧩Requisitos Imprescindibles

  • Titulación Universitaria Superior: Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias Ambientales, Ingeniería Ambiental, Química o titulación técnica equivalente.
  • Experiencia técnica mínima: experiencia profesional acreditada en servicios de inspección, control o ingeniería ambiental.
  • Carnet de conducir B y disponibilidad para desplazamientos e inspecciones de campo.
  • Dominio en la redacción de informes técnicos con validez administrativa/jurídica.

Requisitos Valorables

  • Experiencia previa de trabajo en entornos o entidades bajo norma UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17020 (inspección) o 17025 (laboratorios).
  • Manejo de sonómetros Clase 1, software de análisis de limitadores acústicos y plataformas telemáticas de trazabilidad de residuos.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de cartografía o GIS para georreferenciación de puntos de control.
