Flexpool – werk wanneer het jou uitkomt (tot 40 uur!)

Vrijheid in je rooster én de zekerheid van een dienstverband. In onze flexpool combineer je het beste van beide werelden.

Je kiest zelf je diensten: overdag, ’s avonds, ‘s nachts of in het weekend. Ondertussen werk je op verschillende afdelingen en op onze beide locaties, waardoor geen week hetzelfde is. Je leert de organisatie goed kennen en staat er nooit alleen voor: je werkt altijd samen met de vaste teams.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt met bewoners, veelal met dementie, die zelfstandig wonen in een eigen appartement, met gezamenlijke ruimtes waar ontmoeting centraal staat. Jij sluit aan bij wat iemand nodig heeft op dat moment.

Afhankelijk van je functie (helpende, helpende plus, verzorgende IG of verpleegkundige) voer je de werkzaamheden uit die daarbij horen. Je werkt volgens het zorgplan en stimuleert bewoners om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te blijven.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een zorgprofessional die verder kijkt dan de zorgvraag alleen. Je hebt oog voor de mens achter de bewoner en merkt wat iemand nodig heeft, ook als dat niet direct wordt uitgesproken.

Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook makkelijk de samenwerking op. En je schakelt soepel als een dag anders loopt dan gepland.

Let op: we kunnen sollicitaties op deze vacature alleen in behandeling nemen als je in het bezit bent van een van de volgende zorgdiploma’s: helpende (plus), verzorgende IG, of verpleegkundige. Volg je op dit moment een zorgopleiding, check dan of onze vacature voor een bijbaan voor zorgstudenten openstaat.

Wat we verder belangrijk vinden:

  • Een diploma helpende (plus), verzorgende IG of verpleegkundige (BIG-geregistreerd waar nodig)
  • Kennis van protocollen en werkwijzen
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een open, positieve houding (en een beetje humor helpt!)
  • Flexibiliteit

Wat bieden wij jou?

Salaris volgens de CAO VVT, afhankelijk van je functie, bij 36 uur:

  • Helpende – FWG 25 (min €2.541 – max €3.233)
  • Helpende plus – FWG 30 (min € 2.599 – max €3.410)
  • Verzorgende IG – FWG 35 (min €2.663 – max €3.592)
  • Verpleegkundige – FWG 45 (min €2.981 – max €4.245)

Verder bieden we:

  • 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering; deze kunnen ook per maand uitbetaald worden – ook dit is flexibel. Aan jou de keuze!

  • Gratis financiële coaching/advies door een extern bureau
