Waar ga je werken?

Oldael is een van de kleinste zorginstellingen binnen de VVT in de regio Haaglanden. We hebben ongeveer 150 medewerkers en 160 bewoners verspreid over twee locaties. (Aelbrecht van Beijeren in het Benoordenhout en Oldeslo in Duttendel/Scheveningen – beide in Den Haag). Omdat de lijnen kort zijn, is er veel mogelijk. Je loopt zo bij je teamleider of de bestuurder binnen. Je wordt gezien en gehoord, en je kunt jezelf zijn.

De meeste bewoners hebben een indicatie ZZP 5, sommige ZZP 4 en ZZP 6.

Deze vacature is specifiek voor de locatie Oldeslo in Scheveningen.

Dit ga je doen

Als Helpende niveau 2 bij Oldael draag je zorg voor de dagelijkse verzorging en ondersteuning van bewoners volgens het zorgplan. Je voert ADL-werkzaamheden uit en ondersteunt je collega’s bij welzijnsactiviteiten. Je signaleert bijzonderheden in het zorgplan en rapporteert deze aan het team.

Daarnaast verricht je huishoudelijke taken, serveer je maaltijden, en help je bewoners bij het eten en drinken. Het bevorderen van zelfredzaamheid en het creëren van een prettige woon-/leefsfeer is ook een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk.

Je ontvangt leiding van de teamleider zorg en je werkt samen met helpenden, leerlingen, stagiaires, verzorgenden IG, EVV-ers en verpleegkundigen.

Wat neem je mee?

· Een MBO-diploma helpende zorg & welzijn niveau 2;

· Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

· Je bent ondernemend, gastvrij, betrokken, en enthousiast. Humor vinden we ook belangrijk!

Wat bieden wij je?

· 16-32 contracturen per week

· Een salaris volgens de CAO VVT in FWG-schaal 25 (max €3.233 bij 36 uur)

· Een contract voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren

· 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering

· 50% pensioenbijdrage via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn (PFZW)

· Uitruil vakantiedagen voor bijvoorbeeld een laptop of iPad

· Vervolgopleidingen en andere mogelijkheden om je te ontwikkelen

· Korting op allerlei uitjes via de Oldael Voordeelshop
