Descrizione del ruolo

La risorsa ricoprirà un ruolo operativo ibrido, suddiviso tra attività di distribuzione sul territorio (girista) nella prima parte della giornata e attività di assistenza operativa e gestione attività operative nel pomeriggio. Il ruolo richiede dinamismo, precisione e capacità di gestione delle priorità.

Responsabilità principali

Attività di Girista (mattina)

  • Gestire giri di consegna e ritiro secondo pianificazione aziendale
  • Garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e degli standard di servizio
  • Verificare integrità e corrispondenza della merce rispetto ai documenti di trasporto

Attività Operative (pomeriggio)

  • Fornire assistenza informativa a clienti e autisti (telefonica o diretta)
  • Gestire e smistare le richieste di ritiro
  • Effettuare attività di bollettazione (emissione e controllo documenti di trasporto)
  • Gestire l’esito delle spedizioni (consegne effettuate, anomalie, giacenze)
  • Collaborare con il team operativo per garantire il corretto flusso delle spedizioni

Requisiti

  • Automunito
  • Esperienza, anche breve, in ambito logistico/trasporti (preferibile)
  • Buona conoscenza del territorio locale
  • Buone competenze informatiche (uso gestionale/logistica)
  • Precisione, affidabilità e capacità organizzativa
  • Buone capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente
  • Flessibilità e capacità di gestire attività operative diversificate

In linea con i nostri valori di equità e con la Direttiva UE 2023/970 sulla trasparenza salariale, per questa posizione è prevista una retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza, all'interno di un range di inquadramento compreso tra il Livello 4 e il Livello 2 del CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione. L'inquadramento finale e l'eventuale superminimo saranno definiti in sede di selezione sulla base delle competenze, usando criteri oggettivi e neutrali rispetto al genere.
