Profilo ricercato: HSE & Facility Coordinator

Riporta a Responsabile Qualità – HSE – Facility

Esperienza: 3–6 anni.

Provenienza preferenziale: logistica, trasporto, industria, GDO, aziende multi-sito.

Missione: Assicurare il presidio operativo HSE e Facility delle sedi aziendali, garantendo l'esecuzione delle attività definite dal Responsabile e dall'RSPP, il rispetto delle scadenze, il coordinamento dei referenti locali e dei fornitori e la chiusura delle azioni individuate.

Preparazione ed istruzione:

Formazione preferenziale: tecnica, tecniche della prevenzione, diploma tecnico o equivalente.

Lingua Inglese: se presente considerato un plus

Responsabilità HSE

Gestione operativa delle attività HSE attraverso il monitoraggio delle scadenze normative, la raccolta e verifica della documentazione obbligatoria proveniente dalle sedi e il coordinamento con preposti e referenti territoriali. Organizzazione e partecipazione ai sopralluoghi insieme all’RSPP, con esecuzione di verifiche periodiche sul rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza, sull’adeguatezza dei DPI e sull’efficienza dei presidi antincendio e di primo soccorso.

L’attività comprende inoltre la gestione delle segnalazioni provenienti dalle sedi, il monitoraggio delle azioni correttive e il supporto all’RSPP nella raccolta delle informazioni necessarie per l’elaborazione e l’aggiornamento del DVR e delle valutazioni dei rischi specifici. Completano il ruolo il supporto alle attività ADR e HACCP e il presidio costante della conformità HSE delle sedi aziendali.

Deve essere il Single Point of Contact interno per gli Hub OneExpress

Gestisce il processo che prevede: Segnalazione, classificazione e gestione ticket, pianificazione intervento, verifica e chiusura.
