Provenienza preferenziale: esperienza maturata in azienda/e di servizi

Missione: avrà un ruolo centrale nella gestione e nell’evoluzione dell’infrastruttura IT aziendale, operando in ambienti ibridi e multi-sede. Collaborerà con l’IT Manager alla definizione delle priorità operative, all’evoluzione dell’infrastruttura e al miglioramento continuo dei servizi IT. Il ruolo dovrà combinare solide competenze sistemistiche tradizionali con una conoscenza avanzata dell’ecosistema Microsoft 365 e una concreta esperienza nell’utilizzo di automazione e AI applicate alle IT Operations.

Principali competenze richieste:

• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure e Microsoft Graph • Exchange Online, Teams e SharePoint Online • PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps e SPFx • Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V e storage • Networking Layer 2/3, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS e DHCP • Identity ed endpoint management, patching, hardening e cybersecurity • Troubleshooting, ticketing, backup, ripristino e documentazione tecnica • Utilizzo professionale dell’AI per diagnosi, scripting, sviluppo di microstrumenti e creazione di documentazione

• Buona comprensione dell’inglese tecnico scritto

Saranno considerate positivamente anche esperienze con Docker, Portainer, 802.1X, RADIUS, WireGuard e firewall FortiGate o Palo Alto.

Cerchiamo una persona autonoma e operativa, in grado di assumere piena ownership sui servizi IT e di gestire direttamente problemi, progetti evolutivi, fornitori ed escalation.

Il profilo non dovrà limitarsi all’amministrazione ordinaria dei sistemi: dovrà saper individuare inefficienze, standardizzare i processi e sviluppare automazioni che riducano attività manuali, tempi di intervento ed errori operativi.
