Descrizione del Ruolo

Il Coordinatore Operativo della Rete Internazionale coordina i 5 Colleghi che si occupano delle attività operative con i partner esteri ed 1 Collega che si occupa di back office, contenzioso e controllo fatture.

Assicura elevati livelli di servizio, il rispetto degli standard aziendali e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance della rete internazionale.

Principali Responsabilità

  • Coordinare le attività operative dei colleghi verso la rete di partner internazionali.
  • Monitorare i flussi operativi, individuando e gestendo eventuali criticità.
  • Garantire il rispetto degli accordi di servizio e degli standard qualitativi definiti dall’azienda.
  • Analizzare i KPI operativi e predisporre report periodici sulle performance della rete internazionale.
  • Collaborare con i partner esteri per la risoluzione di anomalie, reclami e problematiche operative.
  • Supportare l’implementazione di nuovi processi, procedure e progetti internazionali.
  • Coordinare le attività di onboarding e formazione dei nuovi partner operativi.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Logistica, Lingue, Commercio Internazionale (considerata un plus).
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in contesti logistici, trasporti, spedizioni internazionali o network management.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua costituisce un plus.
  • Conoscenza dei processi di trasporto internazionale, distribuzione e logistica.
  • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e Power BI.
  • Familiarità con sistemi gestionali ERP, TMS o piattaforme di monitoraggio operativo.
  • Capacità di coordinamento e gestione delle relazioni internazionali.

L'inquadramento finale e l'eventuale superminimo saranno definiti in sede di selezione sulla base delle competenze, usando criteri oggettivi e neutrali rispetto al genere.
