The posting

Ruolo prevalentemente tecnico con responsabilità di coordinamento.

La risorsa riporterà direttamente al Responsabile IT e avrà il compito di coordinare il team di sviluppo, contribuendo operativamente alle attività di analisi, programmazione e manutenzione delle applicazioni aziendali. Dovrà rappresentare un punto di riferimento tecnico per il team, garantendo qualità del codice, rispetto delle priorità e corretto avanzamento delle attività.

Competenze richieste

• Esperienza minima di 5 anni nello sviluppo software. • Ottima conoscenza di TypeScript, Java, PHP 7/8 e Ajax. • Buona conoscenza di Vue.js e Spring Boot. • Ottima conoscenza di MySQL e dei database relazionali. • Buone competenze nello sviluppo client/server e di applicazioni web/gestionali. • Conoscenza di Git, repository remoti, branch, merge e gestione versioni. • Esperienza minima di 2 anni nel coordinamento di team tecnici o progetti. • Capacità di pianificare, assegnare e monitorare le attività del team. • Capacità di effettuare code review e supportare gli sviluppatori nella risoluzione di problematiche tecniche. • Buone capacità relazionali, orientamento al risultato e propensione al lavoro in team.

Competenze preferenziali

• Conoscenza di strumenti di project management e ticketing. • Conoscenza e applicazione di metodologie Agile. • Utilizzo di strumenti basati su intelligenza artificiale a supporto dello sviluppo, debugging e documentazione tecnica.

Principali attività

• Coordinamento operativo del team di sviluppo. • Pianificazione e monitoraggio delle attività. • Code review e controllo qualità del codice. • Sviluppo software e manutenzione evolutiva/correttiva. • Supporto tecnico agli sviluppatori. • Collaborazione con il Responsabile IT nella definizione delle priorità progettuali.

Preparazione ed istruzione:

  • Laurea Informatica, minimo triennale meglio se con specialistica (non vincolante se con maturata esperienza)
  • Lingua Inglese per contatti con partner esteri considerato un plus

  • Ottime competenze su linguaggi di programmazione: TypeScript , Java , PHP7,8, Ajax
  • Buone competenze su Framework : Vue.js, Spring Boot ,
  • Ottime competenze su gestione e creazione database: MySQL

  • Comprensione e utilizzo versionamento codice tramite Git
  • Gestione Repository Git Remoti
  • Esperienza programmazione in azienda di 5 anni minimo
  • Competenze trasversali

In linea con i nostri valori di equità e con la Direttiva UE 2023/970 sulla trasparenza salariale, per questa posizione è prevista una retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza, all'interno di un range di inquadramento compreso tra il Livello 4 e il Livello 2 del CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione. L'inquadramento finale e l'eventuale superminimo saranno definiti in sede di selezione sulla base delle competenze, usando criteri oggettivi e neutrali rispetto al genere.
