Buscamos um(a) BDR para atuar diretamente na construção e gestão do pipeline comercial, com foco em identificar empresas com potencial de patrocínio, mapear decisores, realizar abordagens e gerar reuniões qualificadas para posterior negociação.

É uma posição com forte atuação em hunting e prospecção ativa, exigindo organização, disciplina de follow-up, resiliência e capacidade de trabalhar com ciclos comerciais mais longos e soluções de alto valor.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar hunting ativo de empresas e potenciais patrocinadores, identificando organizações com aderência aos projetos;
  • Construir e atualizar listas de empresas, contatos e decisores;
  • Realizar prospecção ativa por diferentes canais, buscando gerar novas conversas comerciais;
  • Fazer abordagens personalizadas e conduzir a etapa inicial da venda consultiva;
  • Qualificar leads e oportunidades para realização de agendamento de reuniões para fechamento de negócio;
  • Realizar follow-ups de forma estruturada e persistente, considerando ciclos comerciais longos;
  • Manter o pipeline organizado e atualizado, garantindo visibilidade sobre cada oportunidade;
  • Alimentar e acompanhar o CRM, incluindo histórico de contatos, próximos passos, status e informações relevantes;
  • Apoiar a estruturação e evolução dos processos comerciais e do CRM da empresa;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria no funil de prospecção e conversão;
  • Apoiar a inscrição e organização de projetos em editais, quando necessário;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de IA para pesquisa, organização de informações, análise de editais e ganho de produtividade, sempre com capacidade crítica para avaliar a qualidade e aderência das informações.
  • Experiência anterior em prospecção comercial B2B, vendas consultivas de patrocínios;
  • Histórico comprovado de atuação com hunting e abertura de novos clientes;
  • Perfil comercial, com foco em geração de oportunidades e resultados;
  • Resiliência para lidar com negativas, objeções e ciclos comerciais longos;
  • Experiência com CRM ou ferramentas de gestão comercial;
  • Perfil analítico para pesquisar empresas e identificar potenciais oportunidades;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com metas, volume de contatos e geração de reuniões qualificadas.

Perfil comportamental esperado:

  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e disciplina para gestão de pipeline e follow-ups;
  • Proatividade e autonomia para construir sua própria agenda de prospecção.
