Principais responsabilidades

  • Interpretar briefings e transformar objetivos de comunicação em conceitos, mensagens e conteúdos adequados aos diferentes públicos e canais.
  • Criar textos publicitários, institucionais, comerciais e promocionais para campanhas e projetos de comunicação.
  • Desenvolver headlines, títulos, slogans, chamadas, CTAs, textos de apoio e demais elementos de copywriting.
  • Produzir conteúdos para redes sociais, e-mail marketing, sites, landing pages, banners, apresentações, vídeos e materiais impressos.
  • Desenvolver conceitos criativos em parceria com Design e demais áreas envolvidas, garantindo integração entre linguagem verbal e visual.
  • Adaptar conteúdos a diferentes canais, formatos, públicos e objetivos de comunicação, respeitando o tom de voz e as diretrizes de cada marca.
  • Aplicar técnicas de copywriting, storytelling, persuasão e argumentação para fortalecer as mensagens e alcançar os objetivos dos projetos.
  • Revisar textos, garantindo correção gramatical, clareza, coerência, consistência e qualidade das entregas.
  • Realizar ajustes a partir de feedbacks e participar de reuniões de briefing, alinhamento e brainstorming.
  • Pesquisar referências, tendências e informações relevantes para o desenvolvimento dos conteúdos.
  • Contribuir para a padronização da linguagem, a evolução dos processos de conteúdo e a melhoria contínua das entregas.
  • Utilizar ferramentas de inteligência artificial como apoio à pesquisa, ideação, revisão e produção textual, assegurando originalidade e qualidade.
  • Organizar as demandas e cumprir os prazos estabelecidos.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social, Jornalismo, Letras, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em redação publicitária, produção de conteúdo ou comunicação.
  • Conhecimento intermediário a avançado em redação publicitária, copywriting, revisão textual, construção de headlines e CTAs.
  • Experiência com conteúdo para mídias digitais, redes sociais e adaptação de textos para diferentes canais.
  • Conhecimento em storytelling, construção de conceitos criativos, tom de voz e linguagem de marca.
  • Familiaridade com marketing de conteúdo, redação institucional, técnicas de persuasão e produção de roteiros.
  • Conhecimento em pesquisa de referências, ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas à redação e Pacote Office.
