Principais responsabilidades

  • Interpretar briefings e transformar objetivos de comunicação em soluções visuais alinhadas às necessidades de cada projeto.
  • Criar peças gráficas e digitais para campanhas publicitárias, institucionais e promocionais.
  • Desenvolver layouts para redes sociais, e-mail marketing, sites, landing pages, apresentações, banners e materiais impressos.
  • Criar e adaptar Key Visuals (KVs) de campanhas para diferentes formatos e canais de comunicação.
  • Desenvolver conceitos visuais em parceria com Redação, Marketing e demais áreas envolvidas.
  • Aplicar identidades visuais, brandbooks e diretrizes das marcas, garantindo consistência de cores, tipografia, composição e elementos gráficos.
  • Realizar tratamento, manipulação e composição de imagens conforme as necessidades dos projetos.
  • Desenvolver layouts e elementos gráficos para interfaces digitais, considerando princípios de usabilidade e UX/UI quando aplicável.
  • Preparar e finalizar arquivos para produção gráfica e digital, respeitando as especificações técnicas de cada canal.
  • Realizar ajustes e revisões a partir de feedbacks, garantindo qualidade técnica e visual das entregas.
  • Participar de reuniões de briefing, alinhamento e brainstorming, contribuindo com soluções criativas.
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com Redação, Marketing e demais áreas para garantir coerência entre conceito, texto e solução visual.
  • Organizar arquivos, versões e materiais editáveis, mantendo os ativos dos projetos acessíveis e padronizados.
  • Cumprir cronogramas, prioridades e prazos estabelecidos.
  • Acompanhar tendências de design, comunicação visual e tecnologia, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e inovação.
  • Utilizar ferramentas de inteligência artificial como apoio ao processo criativo, respeitando as diretrizes de marca, a qualidade e os direitos de uso.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Design Gráfico, Design, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em Design Gráfico, comunicação visual ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento intermediário a avançado em design gráfico, comunicação visual, Adobe Photoshop e Adobe Illustrator.
  • Conhecimento em composição visual, tipografia, teoria das cores e identidade visual.
  • Experiência com criação e desdobramento de campanhas, layouts digitais e peças para redes sociais.
  • Familiaridade com Adobe InDesign, Figma ou ferramentas similares.
  • Conhecimento em tratamento de imagens e fechamento de arquivos para produção gráfica e digital.
  • Noções de UX/UI, design responsivo e interfaces digitais.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas à criação e Pacote Office.
