岗位职责（Job Description） 1. 负责境内股权融资相关工作，包括融资方案设计、投资者对接、路演组织及交易执行支持； 2. 维护与现有股东、潜在投资者的长期沟通关系，定期汇报公司经营与战略进展； 3. 协助组织并参与股东大会、董事会及监事会会议，负责相关材料准备、会议记录与决议跟进； 4. 支持公司IPO项目，配合中介机构完成尽职调查、材料申报及问询反馈等工作； 5. 协调并参与公司对外信息披露与传播，协助管理媒体关系及公众沟通，维护公司资本市场品牌形象； 6. 持续跟踪行业动态、监管政策及资本市场动向，为公司战略决策提供信息支持； 7. 协同财务、法务、市场等部门，确保内外部沟通的准确性、一致性与合规性。

任职要求（Basic Requirements） 1. 本科及以上学历，财务、金融、法律、经济等相关专业优先； 2. 具备5年以上投资者关系、股权融资、上市公司证券事务或相关工作经验，有医疗器械行业背景者优先； 3. 熟悉境内资本市场运作规则、公司治理及信息披露相关法律法规； 4. 具备较强的财务分析能力或法律合规意识，能独立撰写分析报告及公告文件； 5. 英语读写流利，可作为工作语言使用，能够熟练处理跨境沟通与英文材料； 6. 沟通协调能力强，具备出色的表达、演讲与文字整合能力，适应高强度工作节奏； 7. 为人正直、积极主动、团队协作意识强，具备高度责任心与保密意识。

优先能力（Preferred Capabilities） 1. 拥有医疗器械、生物科技等领域行业研究或投融资经验； 2. 具备注册会计师（CPA）、法律职业资格或相关专业资质； 3. 有上市公司IR部门、券商投行、私募股权或专业咨询机构工作经验； 4. 熟悉CDD（尽职调查）流程及投资者调研工具与方法； 5. 具备公共关系（PR）或企业传播相关经验，能够协助策划并执行面向资本市场的沟通与传播活动。
