岗位职责（Job Description） 1. 负责 新 项目所需的各类原材料（精密加工件、电子屏幕、电池，PCBA等）的供应商调研、开发与导入 2. 执行新供应商审核（含质量体系审核、现场审核），确保供应商满足医疗器械行业法规及公司质量要求 3. 样品订单全流程（询价、比价、下单、追踪、验收），确保按时按质交付 4. 参与研发与生产需求的物料选型，协同研发工程师确定物料技术规格 5. 建立并维护 新项目物料供应商档案，持续评估供应商绩效（交期、质量、成本、服务） 6. 主导供应商商务谈判，签订合同，优化采购成本 7. 同步支持 现有产品线的新供应商开发与导入工作 8. 配合质量部门处理来料异常，推动供应商质量改善 9. 主管交办的其他业务需求 10. 工作地点：苏州科技城

任职要求（Basic Requirements） 1. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先（机械、电子等相关专业） 2. 工作年限：10年以上供应链/采购相关工作经验，其中至少8年制造业直接采购 3. 行业经验：具备医疗器械或精密制造或相关高监管行业的采购/供应链经验 4. 专业技能：熟悉供应商开发与管理全流程（寻源→审核→导入→供应商管理），具备独立开展供应商审核，管理的能力 5. 物料经验：具有精密零部件（金属加工件、电池，屏幕，电子元器件等）的采购经验，具有磁铁、陶瓷物料采购经验更加 6. 合规意识：了解医疗器械行业相关法规要求（如 ISO 13485、FDA QSR 820 等） 7. 通用能力：良好的逻辑思维能力、跨部门沟通协调能力及数据分析能力 8. 工作态度：高度责任心与服务意识，抗压能力强，反应迅速

优先能力（Preferred Capabilities） 1. 具有5年以上医疗器械行业背景，熟悉医疗器械行业特点及行业规范，有三类医疗器械产品采购经验更佳 2. 具备 ERP 系统的操作经验 3. 有初创公司或快速成长期企业的采购经验 4. 具有ISO13485审核员资质
