岗位职责（Job Description） 1. 与市场、研发等部门合作，将产品需求转化为具体的设计要求。 2. 根据设计输入，独立完成机械结构设计及相关图纸、BOM等设计文件的输。 3. 制定并执行测试方案，对产品及零部件进行性能评估，解决设计验证过程中发现的问题，确保产品可靠性。 4. 对产品生产和使用过程中出现的问题进行根因分析，优化设计，提升产品的机械性能与质量。 5. 制定并完善设计标准、设计手册等技术文档，提升团队的设计能力和工作效率。 6. 参与零部件供应商选择与评估，改进制造工艺与良率，确保产品的高质量交付。 7. 与相关部门沟通协作，确保设计意图在生产过程中准确实现，推动项目按时完成。 8. 完成上级领导交办的其他任务，支持公司项目的顺利进行。

任职要求（Basic Requirements） 1. 机械工程相关专业本科及以上学历，3-8年工作经验，具备医疗器械产品（尤其是有源产品）设计开发经验； 2. 掌握机械设计相关理论、熟悉GD&T，能够独立完成设计工作； 3. 掌握常见金属和工程塑料的材料性能； 4. 熟悉机械零件的加工、模具、组装等制造工艺； 5. 具备新产品项目的研发设计经验； 6. 熟练使用Solidworks/ Creo/ UG/ AutoCAD等机械设计制图软件； 7. 有良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神。

优先能力（Preferred Capabilities） 1. 熟悉医疗器械相关法律法规， 熟悉ISO13485质量管理体系； 2. 能够运用FEA等相关工具进行设计分析； 3. 良好的英文沟通能力。
