Assistente de LCS / Material Management (Customer Support Focus)

Resumo do Cargo: Responsável por gerenciar o ciclo de suporte ao cliente (Lifecycle Support), garantindo que as solicitações de materiais e serviços sejam atendidas com agilidade. O/A profissional actuará na interface directa com clientes para levantamento de necessidades, elaboração de cotações, acompanhamento de pedidos e finalização do ciclo financeiro (facturação).

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Interface com o Cliente: Actuar como ponto de contato para clientes internos e externos, processando solicitações de peças de reposição, serviços e consumíveis.
  • Gestão de Cotações (Quotations): Elaborar propostas comerciais detalhadas, negociar prazos com fornecedores e apresentar orçamentos competitivos aos clientes.
  • Acompanhamento (Follow-up): Monitorar todo o fluxo do pedido, desde a aprovação da cotação até a entrega física do material, mantendo o cliente proactivamente informado sobre o status.
  • Faturação e Controle (Invoicing): Garantir que todos os serviços prestados e materiais entregues sejam facturados correctamente, resolvendo discrepâncias financeiras ou documentais.
  • Gestão de Materiais (MM): Coordenar com o armazém a disponibilidade de estoque para atender aos contratos de suporte (LCS) de forma imediata.
  • Relatórios de Performance: Preparar mapas de controle de vendas, pendências de entrega (backlog) e eficiência de facturamento.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Formação: Licenciatura ou curso técnico em Gestão, Logística ou áreas similares.
  • Experiência: Experiência sólida em atendimento ao cliente, compras ou logística administrativa.
  • Idiomas: Inglês fluente ou avançado (indispensável) para negociação com fornecedores globais e reporte a clientes nacionais e internacionais.
  • Informática: Domínio de Excel (tabelas dinâmicas/fórmulas) e experiência com sistemas ERP (SAP, etc.).

  • Foco no Cliente: Capacidade de antecipar necessidades e oferecer soluções rápidas.
  • Comunicação Assertiva: Habilidade para explicar prazos e termos comerciais de forma clara.
  • Resiliência: Capacidade de lidar com cobranças de clientes e prazos de entrega urgentes.
