Especialista de Relações Laborais

Perfil do Candidato:

  • Deve possuir habilitações literárias mínimas ao nível da licenciatura em Direito, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas similares;
  • Deve possuir conhecimentos sólidos da legislação laboral e dos procedimentos administrativos associados à gestão das relações laborais;
  • Deve ter domínio avançado das ferramentas do Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint e Visio);
  • Deve possuir excelentes capacidades de comunicação, argumentação, negociação e mediação de conflitos;
  • Deve ter capacidade para elaborar pareceres técnicos e interpretar a legislação laboral;
  • Deve possuir competências analíticas e capacidade para identificar riscos laborais e propor medidas preventivas;
  • Deve apresentar competências comportamentais como orientação para o cliente, orientação para resultados, comunicação, trabalho em equipa, compromisso institucional, adaptação à mudança, desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, capacidade de resolução de problemas, tomada de decisão, criatividade e inovação;
  • Deve possuir experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos na área das Relações Laborais, sendo preferencial a experiência anterior em funções de coordenação ou especialização.

Responsabilidades:

  • Garantir a correta aplicação da legislação laboral e das normas internas da organização;
  • Gerir, analisar e acompanhar os contratos de trabalho, assegurando a sua conformidade legal;
  • Coordenar os processos de admissão, renovação, suspensão, alteração e cessação dos contratos de trabalho;
  • Instruir, acompanhar e emitir pareceres sobre processos disciplinares, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos legais;
  • Mediar conflitos laborais individuais e coletivos, propondo soluções adequadas e alinhadas com as políticas da organização;
  • Prestar assessoria técnica e jurídica às diferentes áreas da empresa em matérias relacionadas com as relações laborais;
  • Esclarecer os colaboradores e as lideranças sobre a aplicação da Lei Geral do Trabalho e dos regulamentos internos;
  • Desenvolver e implementar procedimentos e políticas relacionadas com as relações laborais;
  • Apoiar os processos de reestruturação, mobilidade interna e ajustamento do quadro de pessoal;
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos, indicadores e pareceres para apoiar a tomada de decisão da direção;
  • Identificar riscos laborais e propor ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Acompanhar alterações da legislação laboral e assegurar a atualização contínua dos procedimentos internos;
  • Emitir certificados, declarações e outros documentos inerentes à área;
  • Participar em auditorias internas e externas relacionadas com os processos laborais;
  • Realizar outras atividades inerentes à função, sempre que solicitado pela direção.
