1. PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Gestão Financeira e Report

  • Elaborar e apresentar o P&L mensal e anual, com análise de margem (EBITDA ajustado) e desvios face ao orçamento.
  • Preparar reportes financeiros para a Direcção Geral e para reuniões de sócios, incluindo dashboards de performance por unidade de negócio (Eventos, MI, BTL, RP & Assessoria, Digital, Activação de Marca).
  • Consolidar contas entre as duas entidades legais do grupo, incluindo a futura entidade internacional.

Tesouraria e Controlo de Custos.

  • Gerir o fluxo de caixa, garantindo liquidez para operações e prazos de pagamento a fornecedores.
  • Assegurar a aplicação da política de tesouraria: Nenhum pagamento sem documento de suporte e autorização formal registada (CEO).
  • Conduzir auditorias periódicas de facturação a fornecedores (freelancers, agências parceiras, locação de espaços) por projecto e centro de custo.
  • Resolver e prevenir gaps de reconciliação bancária.

Compliance Fiscal e Legal

  • Garantir conformidade com as regras fiscais angolanas.
  • Apoiar o compliance fiscal e corporativo da nova entidade Internacional.

Governação e Estrutura Societária

  • Contribuir para a matriz de autoridades e para o reforço dos controlos internos da empresa.

Suporte ao Negócio

  • Analisar a viabilidade financeira de novos projectos, propostas e tenders (ex.: eventos de grande escala, contratos com clientes-âncora).
  • Apoiar a estruturação financeira de operações de investimento e parcerias estratégicas.

2. PERFIL E REQUISITOS

Formação e Experiência

  • Licenciatura em Finanças, Contabilidade, Gestão ou Economia; Pós-graduação ou MBA é valorizado.
  • Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em funções financeiras, dos quais pelo menos 3 em posição sénior.
  • Experiência preferencial em empresas de serviços, agências de comunicação/ eventos ou ambientes de facturação por projecto.
  • Conhecimento sólido e actualizado da legislação fiscal angolana.
  • Experiência com estruturas societárias multi-entidade e idealmente, exposição a operações internacionais.

Competências Técnicas

  • Domínio avançado de Excel e de ferramentas de gestão orçamental/ financeira.
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP/ contabilísticos; Valoriza-se experiência com implementação ou optimização de CRM/ERP.
  • Capacidade comprovada de construção de modelos financeiros (P&L, cash flow, distribuição de dividendos).

Competências Comportamentais

  • Autonomia capacidade de executar sem supervisão directa, reportando por excepção e por marcos definidos.
  • Rigor analítico e estruturado abordagem baseada em dados e processo, não em opinião.
  • A função lida com informação sensível.
  • Firmeza para impor controlos financeiros junto de áreas operacionais e sócios.

Condições e Critérios de Sucesso

  • Autonomia de execução: Decisões operacionais dentro da política de tesouraria e do orçamento aprovado não requerem validação prévia da Direcção Geral.
  • Reporte: Apresentação mensal de fecho financeiro e reunião trimestral de revisão de performance com a Direcção Geral.
  • Primeiros 90 dias: Fecho de gaps de reconciliação bancária existentes e assunção plena da política de tesouraria.
