Principais Responsabilidades:

Planear e Coordenar Projetos:

  • Definir e planear as etapas de execução da obra, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, custos e qualidade estabelecidos;
  • Desenvolver cronogramas detalhados, coordenando com todas as equipas envolvidas;
  • Identificar e mitigar riscos durante toda as fases da obra.

Gestão de Recursos:

  • Controlar e optimizar o uso de recursos materiais e humanos durante a execução da obra;
  • Garantir que a equipa de trabalho (engenheiros, operários, etc.) esteja qualificada e devidamente orientada para suas funções.

Controle de Custos:

  • Monitorar os custos da obra, comparando com o orçamento inicial e tomando medidas para evitar desperdícios;
  • Aprovar compras e materiais necessários, conforme o orçamento e plano financeiro da obra;

Acompanhamento de Execução:

  • Supervisionar a execução das actividades no canteiro de obras, garantindo a conformidade com os projectos, normas e especificações técnicas;
  • Realizar visitas regulares ao canteiro de obras para garantir o bom andamento do projecto e identificar qualquer necessidade de ajuste.

Gestão de Equipas:

  • Coordenar a equipa de trabalho, promovendo uma comunicação eficaz entre os diferentes sectores (engenharia, fornecedores, subcontratados);
  • Garantir que todos os membros da equipa cumpram as normas de segurança e trabalhem de acordo com as boas práticas da construção civil.

Garantia da Qualidade e Conformidade:

  • Assegurar que todas as etapas da obra sigam as normas técnicas, regulamentações e exigências legais vigentes;
  • Realizar inspecções periódicas e controlar a qualidade dos materiais e execução dos serviços.

Relacionamento com Clientes e Fornecedores:

  • Ser o principal ponto de contacto entre a empresa, cliente e os fornecedores, mantendo uma comunicação clara e constante sobre o andamento da obra;
  • Garantir que os fornecedores entreguem materiais dentro dos padrões acordados e nos prazos estipulados.

Gestão de Segurança no Trabalho:

  • Promover um ambiente seguro para todos os trabalhadores da obra, assegurando o cumprimento das normas de segurança e saúde ocupacional;
  • Implementar medidas preventivas e correctivas para reduzir acidentes no canteiro de obras.

Documentação e Relatórios:

  • Elaborar relatórios periódicos sobre o progresso da obra, fornecendo informações detalhadas sobre o andamento, custos, prazos e qualquer outro detalhe relevante;
  • Manter toda a documentação necessária actualizada, como licenças, alvarás e registos de fiscalização.

Resolução de Problemas e Conflitos:

  • Actuar na resolução de problemas que possam surgir durante a execução da obra, sejam eles relacionados a questões técnicas, logísticas ou da equipa;
  • Mediar eventuais conflitos entre os membros da equipa ou entre subcontratados e fornecedores.

Qualificações e Habilidades:

  • Formação em Engenharia Civil, Arquitectura ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência prévia em gestão de obras e projectos de construção civil;
  • Conhecimento profundo das normas de segurança e regulamentos de construção;
  • Habilidade em liderança e gestão de equipas multidisciplinares;
  • Capacidade de negociar com fornecedores, clientes e subcontratados;
  • Domínio de softwares de gestão de projectos e orçamentação de obras.
