Responsabilidade por todas as actividades de engenharia relacionadas com a manutenção e reparação de equipamentos, veículos, instalações eléctricas e projectos de construção, garantindo disponibilidade máxima para a produção eficiente. Supervisão de equipas de manutenção, elaboração de orçamentos anuais e desenvolvimento de procedimentos de segurança em conformidade com a legislação e práticas relevantes.

Principais Tarefas e Responsabilidades da Função

  • Responsável por todos os aspectos de engenharia da manutenção e reparação, incluindo, mas não limitando a todo o equipamento de remoção de terra, todos os veículos médios e ligeiros, todas as instalações eléctricas (incluindo os geradores), e os projectos de construção, quando for necessário;
  • Responsável pelo planeamento e execução da manutenção de todo o equipamento e das instalações móveis;
  • Supervisiona todas as equipas de manutenção no âmbito dos parâmetros do orçamento de engenharia, garantindo a disponibilidade máxima para a produção eficiente;
  • Responsável juntamente com o Gerente pela preparação de um orçamento anual para o Departamento de Engenharia, e a fiscalização do Orçamento Operacional mensal;
  • Forma e gere os trabalhadores da engenharia no local com o intuito de formar mecânicos e auto-electricistas competentes e seguros, assim como os seus assistentes;
  • Desenvolve e mantém os procedimentos de segurança para cumprir com toda a legislação e práticas relevantes; Mantém a disciplina, conforme necessário, no Departamento de Engenharia;
  • Outras tarefas adicionais que podem ser solicitadas pela sua chefia ou direcção da empresa no exercício das suas actividades.

Habilitações e Certificações

  • Deve ter a Licenciatura ou diploma em Engenharia Mecânica ou similar;
  • 9 anos de experiência profissional na função;
  • Fortes conhecimentos de Engenharia Mecânica; Compreensão e uso do manual de peças sobressalentes;
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática;
  • Bom conhecimento de sistemas hidráulicos e desenhos;
  • Bons conhecimentos de sistemas electrónicos de 24 volts e interpretação de desenhos elétricos;
  • Conhecimentos de prensagem hidráulica da mangueira;
  • Conhecimento aprofundado de manutenção e manutenção preventiva de equipamentos pesados de terraplanagem;
  • Cursos de formação para aquisição de experiência profissional na função;
  • Cumprir as regras e regulamentos de Higiene, Segurança e Ambiente no trabalho em vigor na empresa.

  • Ter boa capacidade de comunicação oral em português e inglês;
  • Forte espírito de equipa;
  • Capacidade de liderança e supervisão;
  • Resolução de problemas e gestão de conflitos;
  • Receber e executar instruções;

Condições da Função

  • Regime de rotação de 62 dias de trabalho por 21 dias de descanso;
