Responsabilidade pela criação e gestão de processos estratégicos no departamento de recursos humanos. Coordenação de actividades como controlo de absentismo, gestão de férias, processos disciplinares, programas de desenvolvimento e treinamento, avaliação de desempenho, resolução de conflitos, recrutamento de expatriados e nacionais, apoio em questões de vistos e validação de rescisões contratuais, bem como supervisão dos assuntos jurídico-laborais e relações coletivas.

Principais Tarefas e Responsabilidades da Função

  • Criar e gerir processos estratégicos departamentais em conjunto com a Directora do RH;
  • Responsável pelo controlo do absentismo, organização do mapas de ferias, processos disciplinares e outras;
  • Participar na estruturação de programas de desenvolvimento e treinamento e planos de avaliação de desempenho;
  • Coordenar a gestão de conflitos, advertências e esclarecimentos entre Associados;
  • Coordenar os processos de recrutamento de expatriados e nacionais;
  • Apoio com processos de renovação de vistos;
  • Validar as rescisões contractuais;
  • Supervisionar o serviço jurídico-laboral e as relações colectivas.

Habilitações e Certificações

  • Deve ter Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Direito ou áreas afins;
  • 9 anos de experiência profissional em funções de Direcção de Recursos Humanos;
  • Domínio do software Primavera (factor eliminatório);
  • Conhecimentos profundos da Lei Geral de Trabalho;
  • Experiência em lidar com questões sindicais;
  • Boas competências de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de informática ao nível de utilizador; Conhecimentos de Inglês (preferencial);
  • Cumprir as regras e regulamentos de higiene, segurança e ambiente no trabalho em vigor na empresa.

  • Orientação para estabelecer estratégias e sistemas de avaliação;
  • Capacidade de análise, planeamento e organização;
  • Motivação, dinamismo e proactividade.

Condições da Função

  • Regime de rotação de 62 dias de trabalho por 21 dias de descanso;
