¿Qué buscamos?

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Data Scientist con experiencia en modelación avanzada, Machine Learning y Deep Learning, capaz de convertir datos en soluciones operativas y estratégicas. Este rol tendrá un alto impacto en el diseño y optimización de modelos predictivos, apoyando la toma de decisiones y generando valor para el negocio.

Objetivo del cargo:

Desarrollar y optimizar modelos de analítica avanzada utilizando técnicas estadísticas y de Machine Learning, implementándolos en entornos cloud (Azure) y asegurando su integración con herramientas de visualización y operación en tiempo real.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Realizar análisis iniciales para definir las mejores estrategias de modelación de datos.
  • Modelar procesos utilizando técnicas avanzadas como Machine Learning, Deep Learning y modelos estadísticos.
  • Optimizar modelos mediante la simulación de escenarios a partir de datos históricos.
  • Implementar lógicas para convertir puntos críticos en alertas operativas.
  • Versionar y gestionar desarrollos en Azure DevOps.
  • Colaborar en la creación de reportes en Power BI para presentar resultados y apoyar la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos técnicos (Hard Skills):

  • Experiencia comprobable en proyectos de analítica y modelación de datos.
  • Python avanzado.
  • Experiencia con servicios de Azure Cloud, incluyendo Azure DevOps y Azure Databricks Notebooks.
  • Experiencia en Computer Vision.
  • Conocimiento y uso de pipelines en Kedro.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en modelado de datos, análisis estadístico y manejo de datos.
  • Deseable: experiencia previa en proyectos de industria minera.

  • Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas complejos.
  • Comunicación efectiva con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.
  • Proactividad y capacidad de adaptación a entornos cambiantes.
  • Trabajo colaborativo bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).

Requisitos adicionales:

  • Experiencia mínima: 3+ años en roles de Data Science.
  • Educación: Título universitario en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación, Matemáticas, Estadística o afín.
  • Ubicación: Chile si el rol requiere visitas presenciales.
  • Modalidad: Remoto o híbrido según proyecto.
