¿Qué buscamos?

Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Data Engineer para formar parte del equipo DataOps. Este rol será clave en el desarrollo de productos de datos orientados a la optimización y eficiencia a gran escala. ¿Cuáles serían tus principales desafíos?

  • Construcción y mantenimiento de plataformas de datos en el contexto de Google Cloud Platform (GCP), asegurando escalabilidad y resiliencia.
  • Optimización y eficiencia de costos a gran escala, considerando múltiples datasets, procesos y usuarios.
  • Desarrollo e integración de APIs para conectar servicios en GCP y mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios internos.
  • Automatización de procesos relacionados con la observabilidad, gestión de costos y despliegue de pipelines.
  • Orquestación y contenedorización de servicios utilizando Docker y Kubernetes para entornos distribuidos.
  • Estimación y análisis de costos asociados a productos legacy versus soluciones modernas orientadas a herramientas serverless en GCP.
  • Propuesta de mejoras arquitectónicas cuando se identifiquen casos patológicos en el uso de recursos.
  • Procesamiento y transformación de datos con librerías como Pandas, PySpark u otras herramientas de Big Data.

¿Qué necesitas para ser nuestro próximo/a Data Engineer?

Habilidades técnicas excluyentes:

  • Experiencia avanzada en Python (incluyendo librerías para análisis y manipulación de datos como Pandas, NumPy).
  • Dominio de SQL para consultas, modelado y optimización en bases de datos relacionales.
  • Manejo de Terraform a nivel usuario (módulos, configuraciones).
  • Experiencia en entornos Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Conocimientos avanzados en optimización de costos en la nube.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de APIs.
  • Habilidades para automatizar procesos y gestionar grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Experiencia en contenedorización y orquestación con Docker y Kubernetes.
  • Conocimientos en CI/CD y buenas prácticas de despliegue en entornos cloud.
