¿Qué Buscamos?

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Data Scientist con pasión por los datos, la estadística y la inteligencia artificial, que desee sumarse a nuestro chapter de datos en el área de ingeniería. Esta persona será clave para el desarrollo de soluciones de planificación de tripulaciones para un importante cliente del sector aerolínea, generando impacto directo en procesos operacionales complejos.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este rol?

  • Formación en Ingeniería, Ciencias Exactas, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de ciencia de datos aplicada.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de programación como Python y SQL.
  • Experiencia en modelamiento predictivo, Machine Learning, Deep Learning y análisis estadístico avanzado.
  • Capacidad para comunicar hallazgos mediante visualizaciones efectivas y uso de herramientas como Jupyter, R o Excel.
  • Experiencia en GCP y manejo de versiones con Git.
  • Stack Técnico: Python, R, SQL, Machine Learning & Deep Learning, NLP (Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural), Time Series Analysis, Inferencia Causal, Data Cleaning & Data Visualization, Predictive Modeling & A/B Testing, Google Analytics, Gestión de bases de datos, Jupyter Notebooks, R Studio, Excel.
