Objetivos del Cargo

  • Administrar el desempeño, capacity y calidad del delivery para los distintos tipos de proyectos.
  • Generar estrategias y gestionar proyectos y talentos para garantizar el cumplimiento de tiempo, forma, scope y calidad, manteniendo una relación satisfactoria y a largo plazo con el cliente.
  • Se requiere conocimiento en apertura y administración de consolas de Google Cloud (GCP).

Responsabilidades

  • Seguimiento de Proyectos: Identificar necesidades y generar planes de acción para cumplir objetivos en proyectos con o sin gobernanza.
  • Gestión de Compromisos: Realizar seguimiento de los objetivos del plan de trabajo para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Gestión de Capacity: Administrar vigencia de proyectos, licencias y vacaciones para optimizar recursos y ante contingencias.
  • Desarrollo de Talento: Identificar necesidades de capacitación en plataformas internas y realizar seguimiento al ciclo de vida del talento en el ERP interno.
  • Gestión Administrativa: Mantener registro de estados de pago, nómina, vacaciones y ausencias para facturación y renovación de contratos.
  • Reportería y KPIs: Crear reportes de indicadores, salud y desviaciones de cada proyecto bajo su cargo.
  • Reselling GCP: Aperturar, administrar y configurar alertas y monitoreo de consumo en consolas de Google Cloud formato Reselling.
  • Oportunidades Comerciales: Identificar con los equipos nuevas oportunidades de negocio y transmitirlas al Business Specialist (BS).

Requisitos No Técnicos

  • Técnico en Informática, Técnico en Sistemas, Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería Informática o carrera afín.
  • Área de Especialidad: Delivery y Tecnología.
  • Trayectoria: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en el rol o en cargos similares.
  • Liderazgo: Experiencia liderando multiproyectos en paralelo bajo distintas modalidades como Proyectos Llave en Mano, Ágiles y Waterfall.
  • Roles Previos: Haber ejercido un rol en tecnología, ya sea como arquitecto de datos, desarrollador o Jefe de Proyectos.

Habilidades Técnicas y Administrativas

  • Gestión de Proyectos: Conocimiento sólido en metodologías, marcos de trabajo y gestión de cartera de proyectos (matrices de riesgo, manejo de stakeholders y cambios de alcance).
  • Cloud Computing: Conocimientos específicos en la apertura y administración de consolas de Google Cloud (GCP), particularmente en formato Reselling, configuración de alertas y monitoreo de consumo.
  • Herramientas de Gestión: Experiencia trabajando en empresas de tecnología o células de trabajo, comprendiendo sus herramientas operativas.
  • Idiomas: Inglés nivel intermedio (este requisito no es excluyente).
