Descripción de la vacante:

Buscamos un(a) Gerente de desarrollo de productos para liderar los procesos de innovación y desarrollo de telas, colores y muestras, esta posición tendrá un rol estratégico en la evolución técnica del negocio, liderando un equipo multidisciplinario y promoviendo iniciativas que fortalezcan la capacidad de innovación, reduzcan los tiempos de desarrollo y aseguren el cumplimiento de los más altos estándares de calidad para mercados globales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar integralmente los procesos de desarrollo de telas, colores y muestras, desde la recepción de requerimientos hasta la validación técnica y aprobación de productos.
  • Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño orientados a calidad, tiempos de respuesta, productividad y cumplimiento de objetivos del área.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización para reducir los ciclos de desarrollo y agilizar la entrega de muestras a clientes internos y externos.
  • Gestionar el portafolio de desarrollos e innovación, incorporando nuevas fibras, estructuras, acabados, tecnologías y propuestas de valor para el mercado.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas, estándares de calidad y requerimientos de clientes internacionales.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia comprobable de 3 años como Gerente en desarrollo de telas, preferiblemente en tejido de punto, acabados textiles y desarrollo de muestras.
  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Textil, Ingeniería Química Textil, Ciencia de Materiales o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos o áreas relacionadas con desarrollo de producto, investigación y desarrollo textil, color o innovación.
  • Sólido conocimiento técnico en fibras textiles, construcción de telas, teñido, colorimetría y procesos de desarrollo para mercados internacionales.
  • Inglés avanzado, con habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente con clientes, proveedores y equipos internacionales.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente y visa vigente.
