Descripción de la vacante: Buscamos un(a) Key Account Manager B2B para el sector industrial, responsable de desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones comerciales estratégicas con clientes corporativos. Su principal reto será impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas, asegurar la rentabilidad y estabilidad de la cartera de clientes, e identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de mercados industriales clave.

Formarás parte de una organización en expansión, enfocada en resultados, mejora continua y crecimiento regional.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y gestionar cuentas clave B2B, identificando necesidades técnicas y comerciales para ofrecer soluciones que generen valor a cada cliente.
  • Cumplir con las metas de venta asignadas mediante una gestión efectiva del pipeline comercial, seguimiento de oportunidades y cierre de negocios.
  • Prospectar y desarrollar nuevos clientes en industrias relacionadas con plásticos, empaques, resinas, químicos, materias primas y otros sectores industriales afines.
  • Construir relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con clientes, garantizando altos niveles de satisfacción y fidelización.
  • Dar seguimiento oportuno a propuestas comerciales, negociaciones, cotizaciones y compromisos adquiridos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos internos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones comerciales B2B, atendiendo clientes del sector industrial.
  • Experiencia comprobable en la comercialización de productos industriales, preferiblemente relacionados con químicos, plásticos, resinas, empaques, aditivos, materias primas o soluciones técnicas afines.
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería Mecánica Industrial.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas frecuentes a clientes y viajar según las necesidades de las cuentas y territorios asignados.
  • Habilidades de negociación, desarrollo de negocios y gestión de relaciones comerciales.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado al cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Capacidad para adaptarse a procesos estructurados y desenvolverse en entornos de mejora continua y crecimiento.
