Descripción de la vacante: Buscamos un(a) Gerente de Infraestructura y Proyectos Retail que lidere de forma integral la estrategia, diseño, construcción, remodelación y mantenimiento de una operación con más de 70 tiendas a nivel nacional. Esta posición será responsable de garantizar el desarrollo y la ejecución eficiente de proyectos de expansión, renovación e infraestructura, asegurando altos estándares de calidad, funcionalidad, cumplimiento presupuestario y continuidad operativa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar el diseño, planificación y ejecución de los diferentes formatos y modelos de tienda, garantizando el cumplimiento del alcance, los estándares de calidad y los requerimientos operativos del negocio.
  • Gestionar un portafolio de más de 20 proyectos anuales, incluyendo aperturas, remodelaciones, renovaciones, ampliaciones y adecuaciones de infraestructura.
  • Dirigir la estrategia y ejecución de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de todas las tiendas a nivel nacional.
  • Administrar la relación con contratistas, constructoras, desarrolladoras y proveedores especializados, supervisando presupuestos, cronogramas, licencias, permisos, especificaciones técnicas y calidad de ejecución.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas de construcción, seguridad industrial y requerimientos legales aplicables a cada proyecto.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora, innovación y estandarización en los procesos de construcción, remodelación y mantenimiento de tiendas.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil o Ingeniería Industrial.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo como Gerente de Infraestructura, Construcción, Expansión, Desarrollo de Proyectos o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia comprobada administrando un portafolio de más de 20 proyectos anuales de construcción, remodelación, expansión o adecuación de infraestructura.
  • Experiencia en empresas de retail, cadenas comerciales, desarrolladoras inmobiliarias o constructoras con operaciones multisitio.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en gestión de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de infraestructura y activos.
  • Dominio de lectura e interpretación de planos arquitectónicos, estructurales y de instalaciones, así como manejo de AutoCAD.
  • Experiencia gestionando presupuestos de inversión (CAPEX), cronogramas, contratistas y proveedores estratégicos.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de tramitología, licencias, permisos de construcción y normativa relacionada con el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT).
  • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y estructuras de supervisión a nivel nacional.
