Descripción de la vacante:

Buscamos un(a) profesional con sólida trayectoria técnica y de liderazgo en la industria textil para dirigir el Sistema de Gestión y Aseguramiento de la Calidad de una operación integrada orientada a mercados internacionales. Esta posición tendrá influencia directa en toda la cadena productiva, desde la recepción y evaluación de materias primas, la fabricación de hilo y los procesos de tejido, hasta tintorería, acabados y despacho de producto terminado.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, implementar y fortalecer los sistemas, procedimientos y controles de aseguramiento de calidad en los procesos de hilatura, tejido circular, tricot, tintorería, acabados y despacho.
  • Definir y supervisar criterios de inspección y aceptación para materias primas, insumos, proveedores, maquinaria, productos en proceso y producto terminado.
  • Analizar riesgos, desviaciones e incidencias de calidad mediante metodologías de análisis de causa raíz, estableciendo acciones correctivas y preventivas efectivas.
  • Diseñar, monitorear y analizar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) para evaluar la eficiencia de los procesos y anticipar posibles fallas de calidad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, especificaciones técnicas y requisitos de clientes nacionales e internacionales, con especial enfoque en mercados de exportación.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia liderando áreas o sistemas de aseguramiento y control de calidad en plantas textiles, preferentemente en operaciones de tejido, tintorería y acabados.
  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Textil, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Sólidos conocimientos técnicos en hilatura, tejido, tintorería, acabados, colorimetría, pruebas de laboratorio y ensayos textiles.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel para análisis de información, gestión de indicadores, elaboración de reportes y toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio, con capacidad para interpretar documentación técnica y mantener comunicación profesional con clientes o proveedores internacionales.
  • Experiencia en implementación de indicadores de calidad, sistemas de mejora continua y metodologías de resolución de problemas.
